Fieldgate management is your typical Lakewood property management company. Your security deposits are taken, maintenance does not arrive. I was given an apartment in horrendous condition with your typical landlord special, painted wall plates years of grime, paint on the floors. After sucking it up and repairing most of the apartments issues my self, to no surprise I’m being told that it is 1000$ to paint 3 walls of an apartment. Don’t expect your security deposit back, expect poor service and unrealistic fees. Expect loud noise and thin walls. Expect cars being stolen and property being damaged. Expect hvac systems that are poorly maintained that will keep your family sick. Expect black mold in your washer machine and when you ask them to replace it, expect them to do nothing. When your bathroom vanity is broken in the apartment expect to have to replace it yourself. That’s what you can expect. Good luck and god bless.

My ceiling starts leaking at will with a heavy rain or snow & once on a sunny day. I've had damage to my furniture, clothing, even brown water dripped in my face. They keep having to call the roofers back out to "so call" repair the SAME ISSUE, yet all I've been given is an I'm sorry & a $50 credit (over a 5yr span), when this keeps happening since 2020 & the whole roof was done on the building in 2018. I don't want to make it a legal matter b/c i like my quiet building & neighbors, but this matter is ongoing & UNFAIR to me!

We have lived here for 4 years and are very happy here. These are great apartments in a great and safe area , Everything is well kept around the grounds and clean, any problem we have had in the apartment was addressed immediately, whether an emergency or not. Couldn't be happier with the level of service around. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable. The apartments are remodel, you get a spacious parking lot, Laundry room.

My stay at these apartments was great, two full years with no complaints. If something was not working properly, the super would quickly take action and get the problem resolved as quickly as possible for me. Great place ! 🙂

Apartments are in terrible condition. When you first move in your deceived by new cabinetry, appliances, and paint job. After a few weeks everything falls apart. Infested with mice, building lobby dirty, no security, and broken promises for repair. I would never recommend!!!!!

Its nice due to quiet people mind their biusness however maintenance never ever fixes anything. You have to go on web all bs . they make a lot of promises over 5 yrs. Have yet to see a ppetson here. And no pictures look like the place. They wont paint clean rugs nothing. Oh and roachesif the just listened to the tenants and fix things it be almost petfect.

It’s is a very nice building , clean , the apts are brand new appliances, also the floor is brand new , it had spacious parking lot , and the managers and supers are very polite

Building is not kept clean and repairs are not done. The super of the building never shows up for repairs. Landlord never replies to issues. Calling the office is a joke person is rude. You have to fill out tickets online for repairs that don’t happen.
