Tryko Partners is a terrible property management company. They purchased my father's building and have cut back on keeping up the building. It took them 2 years to replace a broken elevator making all of the senior citizens take the stairs. They do not keep up with the property and most recently told tenants if their disposal breaks they are no longer replacing. They are no longer painting the property, offering pest control or keeping up with yard maintenance. They purposefully wait until the grass grows 10 inches (legal requirement before enforcement office gets involved) to cut the grass. They will not provide access to the tenants to contact anyone for assistance. This is ashame as this organizatoin is discrimanting against senior citizens. DO NOT rent an apartment managed/owned by this company!!!

A for profit, former private equity firm sold to American for profit co in brick, NJ. Trying to break out but hindered by the for profit motive, communication impairments and a weird integrated care model that seems disconnected. Some grumbling line workers. Seems to be trending upwards with care vs profit but price per day kind of high. Responsive management but bottom line: with your recent room per day increase, please give it to the people working the floor, nurses, lpn, mt's and med assistance. Without them you would have nothing. Improve their wages and you'll get the best. There are some really good people there. Corporate, don't F it up?

Where do the people affected by this company's decisions go to complain?
My father is in a rehab that they recently bought (he was there prior to the acquisition as well). They cut staff so there are TWO CAREGIVERS for TWENTY FOUR RESIDENTS, according to my mom today. And I was told the other day that staffing was recently cut.
These are patients who are recovering from brain injuries, surgeries, extreme situations and are actually put in more danger if there aren't enough people working there to care for them.
It's not right for the caregivers who don't get paid enough to begin with, let alone to have more work put on them with the same amount of time and pay.

How can we change this? It's one thing if people don't want to work, but if companies aren't staffing enough workers in order to save money, then that needs to change.

Tried to get in contact with these people for months about one of their unprofessional properties, but of course they never answer their phone or return voicemails. My mother has been waiting for her security deposit for over a month. Do not rent with Tryko

My local leasing Property manger Sharelle Shitwotski refuse to help me in the office because I asked for corporate number. However she allowed me to move into a water damaged apartment with lots of covered up mold issues. I have been in this unit since September 2022 and still as of March the 1st 2023 I still have mold, broken floors, and can see outside in the hallway without opening my door. I would give a NO STAR IF I COULD!! Nothing is being done but this company wants my rent money plus any late fees assessed. Sharelle loves to gives false information that takes residents hard earned money doing these hard cost of living times as if I have money to throw away to court cost, filings and days off of work and can’t forget about paying to park to file at any court house. RIDICULOUS LOCH RAVEN VILLAGE LOCATED IN TOWSON MD!

Trifling manger!!i have a 69 year old grandmother who stays in Chester and the entire building is in inhumane conditions!and I will be going through the proper court system!as well as having officers to serve the new manager who is a nasty individual who takes things personally about a building she doesn’t own .giving her personal opinion when it’s about facts !and also while I’m at it Stinson towers does not give out this leasing information!!I had to go through a jungle gym to get this information I’ll be glad when l&I is contacted and they shut this place down how it should’ve been years ago when they brought the property and let it go to trash !and don’t forget theirs mole because it been was reported 🫶🏽

Management company for an apartment I used to live at. They charged me after move out for the carpet they were replacing anyway to renovate the place as they advertise on all their add pages. They will HUNT YOU DOWN for that money. They are rude and come off cold and heartless. But I guess you have to be to steal money from people for a living.
