10/09/2024 Fox 6 On Your Side should be called on the Piedmont Manor a tenant called the manager about her lights still going off. This has been going on several days now.
10/8/2024 : The manager of the Piedmont Manor is asking people about if they vote and she gets mad when they find out they are not voting the way she thinks they should. The apartment manager is not supposed to be talking to people about politics and she admitted that she should could get in trouble for talking to them about politics.
10/8/2024: electrical box caused power to go out in an apartment. Piedmont electrical employee said they were a danger. Maintenance guy has fixed four so far. He thinks all the apartments could have this issue.
10/06/2024. Latest update. The apartment manager had hired one of her son’s girlfriends to paint an apartment. (Instead of getting a professional)
Anyway the truck she was driving was parked in an area behind the apartments instead of in the parking lot as required by the apartment manager. The truck was into the end apartment striking and damaging the wall closest to the back alley. Window is no longer sealed and bricks have cracks in them. Hopefully a police report will be filed even though she hired an amateur to do a job. ALSO the electrical boxes were reported to be a danger by the power company.

I wouldn’t suggest the Piedmont Manor
To anyone at the moment.
It’s been taken over by drug addicts and dealers.
One guy whose living with a tenant unapproved is supposedly selling drugs out of the apartment in the back alley.

Update: a couple that was supposed to be kicked out weeks ago had an incident happen. A guy got into an argument with the man at the apartment hit him in head with a hammer and May face attempted murder charges.

If only that couple would have been kicked out like they were supposed to have been. Smh
