Julia Quinones was our real estate agent. She staged our home perfectly for sale. Julia made a great video of not only our home, but she also pointed out the highlights of our town. Julia was always responsive to our calls. She arranged an Open House and we received multiple offers from the Open House. We had a contract on our home within a few days of putting it on the market. Julia is an excellent negotiator, she is honest and very helpful not only with the sale of our home, but with all of our needs. The sale of our home went smoothly with Julia. We reached out to Julia regarding an open house she was hosting and she responded immediately with details and information. When we arrived she kindly escorted us around the home and really got to know us and our needs. She was super friendly and engaging which made us feel relaxed and open with our home buying vision. My husband and I left the open house feeling as though if this wasn’t our house, this was definitely our realtor. Julia responded to all our questions and late texts, professionally and helped put together a strong offer. Turns out luck was on our side & Julia to thank- the buyers liked us 🙂 As first time home buyers, Julia has a great team to help navigate the process and paperwork. Everyone explained each step thoroughly. We’ve recommended other first time home buyers to her in hopes they would have the same experience. It was truly a smooth process and we consider Julia a friend as we still keep in touch.

Julia is INCREDIBLE!!! I highly recommend working with her to purchase a home. Since this was my first time purchasing a home, Julia spent several hours educating me on the entire home buying process before we even started looking at houses. She did a great job explaining everything and eased all of my concerns. Julia was available at any and all hours and always answered my texts/calls. It had been quite some time since my last significant real estate transaction, and I naturally felt a bit overwhelmed and uninformed. We were putting my mother's house (my childhood home) on the market and my sister recommended working with Julia. I'm so glad that we did. She did her research and came to us with solid information about comps in the area and setting the sale price. After the first open house and valid offers, Julia's instincts told her that we "weren't there yet" and to hold another open house. She was right. We ended up selling at a solid price (over asking). She was there for all the inspections and what she said would happen, did. You can trust Julia to have your best interest in mind. She's straightforward and a good communicator. I've recommended her to several people, and she'll be helping me sell our home when that time comes.
