Juliette Krumholtz was a stellar real estate agent. She helped us through many many hurdles that we could not have managed in this sale ourselves. Her advice at all times was safe, her expertise and understanding of people helped us make many difficult decisions. She was available at the house when we could not be for inspections and other needs. She navigated through untold paperwork that we would have drowned in and she even (temporarily) paid certain bills for us when we were away. Finally, her connections to all sorts of companies that helped us clean and prepare the house inexpensively helped us save a lot of money with businesses that were very professional.
