I have used Century 21 on more than one occasion personally. The agents I have used were all exceptional, respectful and most helpful in every way.
However, my most recent experience with Roni Braun was terrible. I have never had an agent treat myself or anyone with such disrespect.
No agent should ever raise their voice at a client much less yell at them as if they were a child.
Absolute worst experience ever.
After asking politely to dissolve the contract I was then blessed with a most I unpleasant phone call wanting to know why.
Following the call our house key was then mailed hours away from our home instead of asking us what we wanted done with it like a civilized person.
I spoke with the broker regarding my concern and was dismissed. He never once apologized for the trouble.

I just bought my home through this Brokerage and they were amazing! Not only was my Agent very knowledgeable but also very professional.
When Denise submitted my offer we were in a multiple offer situation and she made sure we got the house by putting an escalation clause in the contract. Then after the home was under contract she did a great job of negotiating the repairs that needed to be done. I highly recommend this company!

I have used C21 several times for my real estate needs. The team is very knowledgeable about the area and actually works hard to meet your needs. In other experiences realtors have “sat on their heels” and waited for the deal to come to them but C21 is aggressive in making your deal a success whether buying or selling.
