If I had to do it all over again I would have never purchased a condo in this complex. The children are unruly, throw rocks at cars and run out in front of moving vehicles. Parents are never to be found with the kids as they would rather socialize that be responsible for their kids. They have a no pet policy which is a joke because there are dogs that in the complex which aren't service animals. Dogs are better behaved then the children in this complex. Be lucky if the pool can actually be open and stay open.

Thank you for Edison Glen Terrace for ruining the 2021 and 2022 summers. I am appalled and shocked in the level of incompetence from this board and management. Almost every other complex in central Jersey in the summer of 2021 had their pools open with Covid procedures in play. This atrocious complex decides not to open based upon lack of insight. 2022; the pool has been opened only a handful of times these last 3 months…..

Why have this pool when we can’t even use it Summer is over in 2 weeks and another weekend of the pool not being opened. And mind you! The residents were promised the pool everyday this summer. Thank you Edison Glen for ruining another summer for the residents. I truly wouldn’t be surprised if the pool didn’t open for 2023. Unfortunately, ill never know because I will be leaving this poorly managed complex as a result of this. Shame on this unprofessional board and management. Do your jobs correctly and stop wasting our time.

Nice place to rent but they should not rent upper level condo's or apartments to parents with young kids. Not much insulation between floors and toddlers and small children running sounds like they are coming through your ceiling.

Place is old, and there are bugs. The worst of this place is the Property Managers at Edison Glen Terrace. Someone hit my parked car right outside their office while I was gone so I requested video footages. They were extremely slow with the release of the videos. I literally had to babysit them. Called them many times with no response. When I finally got the footages from them, they conveniently excluded the cameras that would have captured the accident. Makes me wonder if they were trying to cover something or protecting someone who caused the accident. When I finally decided to take matters into my own hands, I called their security company (Central Jersey Security Cameras) myself to request new footages. By then they told me they only hold footages for 30 days and that since it has been over a month, there is nothing they can do. Again, makes me wonder if the property managers at Edison Glen Terrace were purposely beating around the bush with the release of the footages with the hopes that I would forget about it or just wait for the footages to be deleted from their system. And this is just one incident. I heard other things from other people who also had issues with the property managers at Edison Glen Terrace. I do not recommend you move here. I made a mistake and this is why I have decided to move out.

It is old but the rooms are spacious. These are private landlord condos so depends on how they are. But there is a governing office and they give out the parking stickers, takes care of the maintenance outside the house etc.
