My sister and I finally found this place when we needed a place to live asap. The office was gracious enough to get us moved in as quickly as possible. We enjoy being close to just about any store, the 2 pools located on the property are sufficient, and our neighbors are friendly.

I was hesitant on living here due to being on a major road! I don’t hear any noise from the major road! The office staff is wonderful and always respectful! The workers are knowledgeable and also very nice and respectful! The apts are newly renovated and love the space in the rooms. I would highly recommend living here!

Scam company. They charge for items that are not stated in your lease and do not have a reasonable explanation why. They have slowly deteriorated the garbage disposal and have made no effort to fix this, yet continue to try and push rents higher. Stay away if you can.

Yvette Cotter, the property manager, and Alex, head of maintenance, are exemplary employees that are respectful, and caring. A++++
I am in my 5th year here.
I love the open floor plan of my one bedroom apartment. I love that the complex has only 2 floors.
And again, I commend Yvette for all her hard work. She is solutions oriented. She is professional,
experienced, and friendly. But most of all, she gets the job done!
She is the reason why I highly recommend Keyport Harbor Apartments to my family and friends.

It is painfully obvious that this company is notorious for bad dealings by the amount of 1 star reviews. I was a faithful resident at their West Palm Beach Maridadi Luxury apartment for 3 years . Although the apartment itself was very spacious and beautiful, the upkeep leaves much to the desired. I came to visit a friend in Florida from Michigan in 2019 and toured the complex. At that time I was told they were renovating the clubhouse and a gate would be installed shortly afterwards. Fast forward to 2020 during the pandemic, I wanted to relocate to Florida and did everything over the phone. Once I got settled, I asked about the renovation and installation and was told due to COVID everything halted. We’ll fast forward another 3 years and still no progress. Not only that, there was a sewage leak issue in the middle of the parking lot / dog park for months (twice). The pool area is NOT maintained and the pavers are wobbling.
There is a consistent issue with the fire alarm that at one point in one of the buildings, rang all day into the night until the next day cause it was a weekend. Leaks in the apartment was not properly repaired, just spraying stain kill on the problem and the garbage area was completely out of control (see attached images)

The clubhouse looks like an abandoned haunted house at night filled with mold. I can’t believe I allowed myself to stay as long as I did but I was new to Florida without a lot of knowledge of the area and didn’t want to find myself in a worse situation. I ultimately ended up buying a home a little further up north but had to take the time to write this review when they decided to keep a portion of my deposit citing they had to replace the carpet in both bedrooms. My second bedroom was only for storage and was rarely used. Don’t be fooled like I was with the beauty of the apartment itself, look at the entire area in its totality and be sure to speak with neighbors and get their prospective. And definitely don’t fall for the so called repairs and updates to come.

My Ac was down for over 2 weeks the 2nd month after I singed my lease and moved in. It go up in the 80’s almost the whole time. It took about 18 days after multiple attempts to fix it they finally did. I feel when something like this happens they should be able to fix it in a fair and timely manner. Other than that it’s ok.
