I live in Manasquan Village Apartments, one of the apartment buildings they manage. I unfortunately locked myself out and called them to see if someone had a key to let me in. First call, the woman said someone would be there in 10 - 15 minutes. Second call, they left a message for someone to let me in. Third call, a hour and a half later, they left a third message. Now 2 hours later, I receive a call and the woman says no one is on staff to let me in and I needed to call a locksmith. I ask her if they were going to pay for the locksmith, and she LAUGHED at me, and said "You're the one that locked yourself out" and I said "You're the one who doesn't have staff on today". EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude and it is unbelievable that it took them 2 hours to tell me to call a locksmith which wasn't easy since it was the Friday of Labor Day weekend. After 3 hours I got in, but not with the help of Twin Brook Management or my Landlord, who should be PROPERLY staffed during the work week.
