RPMG is very attentive to its customers. Of course some other vendors that our community uses are not as attentive. I was surprised with how fast the responses are. One email interaction I had with Alex Tan was responded to and resolved in less than 15 minutes.

The issue I have with RMPG is that I had a screen door damaged when they hired a contractor to replace a balcony which nobody took responsibility for, hence it came out of my pocket. My HOA increased $60 in 2 years (approx. 20%) and I am still looking at the same cracks in the siding along the stairwell for the last 3 years. Will be paying closer attention to the budget and expenditures going forward!

I’d like to take this opportunity too mention that Ms.Urmi, has been doing any extremely fantastic job hear at Hamilton society 2. I’ve been a homeowner here since 1998 and out of all the management and office managers. She has been doing a fantastic job here at Hamilton 2. She walks around this whole community checking to see if anything needs fixing or any violations being done. I’m happy to say, Ms. Urmi is an asset to our community. Thank you Ms. Urmi for everything you have done for this community.
