Let me just sum this up! Go buy a house run from these big Landlords that don’t care about you or ya family they want just your money! I was in Rivendalle Village 4yrs the last yr the building I was in was sooooo rat infested almost drove me crazy! The grounds aren’t kept well at all then they have the dumpsters to close to the building my patio and the dumpster is like 2ft away! Can you imagine the smell in the summer time 🤢🤮
The tenants would stand on their balcony/ patio and throw the garbage into the dumpsters it was so crazy it would be trash hanging on the trees 🌳 because of this! It’s areas behind buildings where it’s tenants that are dumping food literally on the ground instead of going to the dumpster! I have videos and photos of this , sent them to management nothing was being done! The tenants upstairs from me had multiple big pit bull terrier that run all through the unit making the noise unbearable to even sleep at night and they right back at it at 5am!
I complained and complained and the tenant still has the dogs I think she running a puppy mill ( selling dogs) out of a unit! The smells coming through the vent of the dogs so strong! My back window of my bedroom you look out it’s just a view of garbage! Like I said they don’t keep the grounds and the tenants or nasty too! I moved out brought a house best thing I could have done! These landlords are the worst they take your money every month and do little to nothing! I complained for a yr I moved out the tenants upstairs still there with the puppy mill and the rat 🐀 infestation building and the unkept grounds are still there in Rivendalle Village a nightmare in Piscataway! Don’t do it middlesex management has too many properties is getting too much money to treat their tenants like this sad sad, sad

I am very happy pleased renting here because the management is very helpful and caring to the tenants. I have no problems all good clean surroundings. Everything is kept quiet. Thank you for always making our stay as tenants safe and happy. Really appreciate helping me out when we need it. Building manager, super and staff are friendly and helpful. We have been living here for many years. Thank you Jaime & Claudia

I do not recommend living here! I have lived here for almost 5 years and been paying water bills at $250/month. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone in management to discuss this because I find out that a lot of my neighbors don’t pay for water and this is the email I sent out. I work in property management myself and the type of work Middlesex Management does is bullshit. I tried calling and because I’m not a “head of household” they refuse to communicate with despiste me telling them that my dad (head of household) has a language barrier and doesn’t understand the conflicts. And if Middlesex management is reading this, I’m not paying my next water bill till I get a response
Update: they now want a photo ID to verify it’s my dad like they’re doing too much when all I have been doing is asking for help, these people DO NOT HELP
I hope you’re doing well. I am reaching out regarding my water bill for where I have lived since September 2020. From the start, my water charges have consistently ranged between $250-$300 per month, which I found concerning. However, after recent conversations with neighbors and reviewing general water usage statistics, I now strongly believe I am being overcharged.
There are three occupants in my household, and I recently contacted Conservice to dispute the charges. They informed me that billing splits are determined by property management, even though my statements show specific usage amounts. Since there is no individual meter, I would like to understand how my water usage is calculated.
Additionally, when I reported an issue with cold water, maintenance informed me that the boilers are shared between two buildings (a total of eight units). Upon speaking with my neighbors, I also discovered that many are not being billed for water, despite some using hoses for watering plants and washing cars—whereas my unit does not even have a hose. When I visited the leasing office, I was told that water billing is based on seniority, but after five years of living here and consistently paying high water charges, I believe I deserve further clarification and a fair adjustment.
I would appreciate your prompt response and any insight you can provide on this matter. Please let me know how we can address this concern

Mr. Martin Egan, the rental agent for the Meadows at Montgomery
is a smart, kind, and extremely helpful person. He spent hours helping us to fill out our application forms. He provided us with all sort of helpful suggestions to make our stay at the Meadows at Montgomery located in Belle Mead, NJ, a wonderful place to rent. Finally, my wife and I are very lucky to have met Mr. Egan.

I’ve had a frustrating experience communicating with this office. The requirement to submit hard copies for lease
Update and wait for paper mail is already inefficient, but the lack of clear communication and inconsistent responses make the process even worse. Representatives seem impatient and unwilling to provide solutions. Either their system is flawed, or staff lack proper training. This experience was has been unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.
I need to update the lease holder, I personally dropped off the required documents at the main office and later returned to submit additional paperwork as requested. After 10 days, I called for an update, only to be told by a representative that no documents were found in the system. When I explained that we had submitted the additional documents in response to their mailed request, I was then told that only a memo was visible, with no record of any documents received after their notice was sent.
On a second call, I questioned whether our documents had been lost, as the visitor sign-in sheet should have a record. This time, the same representative said they did have the additional documents. When I asked about the process, she kept repeating that only partial documents were available and then abruptly ended the call.

EDIT: While the team did resolve the issue, and we did ultimately get our deposit back, the experience definitely left a bad experience in our minds.
Do not rent with them. We kept our apartment in meticulous condition, the super even complimented us upon moving out. Our security deposit had deductions for scratches on appliances. We submitted photos from our apartment tour that clearly show the scratches from before we moved in. They declined our dispute with no additional information. This is the worst management company I’ve ever seen and we’ve had multiple billing issues with them. I think they are penny pinching and are quite frankly negligent. We would welcome the chance for them to reach out and make it right and I will happily update this review with closure but for now, I would seriously think twice before giving them your business.

I have had a consistently frustrating experience with Middlesex Management as a tenant. Every time I have contacted them regarding an issue, the representatives seem uninformed, and the problem never gets resolved. What’s even more disappointing is their complete lack of customer service skills—when they answer the phone, they never introduce themselves, making it difficult to know who I’m speaking to. Communication and accountability are seriously lacking. I sincerely hope they improve their staff and customer service practices because, as it stands, dealing with them is a terrible experience.

I moved into Ewing Town Center in June and I have been living here for six months now, and here is my list of everything that is wrong with Ewing Town Center:
1. There is a gap at the bottom of my front door.
2. The living room floor is not installed properly.
3. The kitchen faucet was not tightened down to the kitchen sink.
4. The grout sealer is not cohesive.
5. The ice maker in the freezer does not work properly. When the ice tray gets filled with ice, the ice maker will shut off the entire freezer, which in return, causes my food to unthaw.
6. Framing for the pantry in the kitchen was cut unevenly.
7. The tiles in the shower were not installed properly, some tiles stick out further than others.
8. The overflow cap for the tub is not installed properly.
9. The faucet to the tub is not installed properly.
10.The plate that sits at the back of the neck of the shower head is not affixed to the wall.
11.There are gaps between the base boards and the floor.
12. I had to write two complaint letters due to the fact that the tenant who moved in upstairs from me allows her son to run around all hours of the night like he is outside. By the way management has done nothing about this.
13. Another ignorant tenant was leaving their dog in the garage and it was doing nothing but barking all morning until its owner took it back inside.
14. And now something is crawling inside of my ceiling. I created a maintenance request; my maintenance request was removed from the resident portal and maintenance never came to respond to the issue.
