So far, it looks good for me. I am just moving in. Rentel officers are very good people and answering my queries properly. No problem i faced with rentel officers as mentioned like other reviewers..i will see how it going on and post again..

Their landry is awful. Half the machines dont work, out of remaining half, half of them randomly take your money but do not do what it suppose to do.(wash/dry)
Laundry company is totally unresponsive and lazy in maintaining these machines.

I have had a great time living here. Community and leasing office all great. The only problem I have is the squrrels living between my ceilings and the roof. Noisy everyday. Can not sleep well and work well. Write to management 4 times. Never got reply. It's been a year.

update: The problem seems to be fixed after roof repair.

**Terrible Experience - Infested with Mice!**

I stayed at Blueberry Village for two months and caught three mice during that period. The place is infested! Don't be fooled by the one-month free rent offer; it's not worth it. The walls are practically made of cardboard, providing no soundproofing or insulation. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

So I’ve been here for about 3years, In the Beginning it was hard to get things done, I say for about the Past 3-6 months give or take, The Maintenance Department, Blue Berry Village call Center has improved immensely. When I put a work order in, I receive a text that I put an order in, Which to me is Great Communication. If it’s not a dying Emergency they let you know that within 72 hours someone will be in touch. Ben and The Crew are Great (Maintenance), Men.. I can Count on Blueberry Village Maintenance to Get the Job Done .. Thank you for Being of Service, I keep a Clean House, which makes it easy for them to come in and do their Job properly. Whatever System That they’re Using WORKS. They Follow Up after the work Order has been closed….

Avoid this place at all costs. My recent visit to the leasing office was an absolute nightmare. I was greeted by (I believe his name is Larry), an older man with glasses, who immediately displayed the most unprofessional and offensive behavior I've ever encountered.

Before even telling us about the community or available units, Larry had the audacity to make a derogatory comment about how the application process takes more time if I wanted to move in around July because "many illegal immigrants try to falsify documentation." This kind of racist and prejudiced nonsense has no place in any business, let alone a place where people are supposed to feel welcome and at home.

If this is the kind of treatment you can expect from their staff, don't waste your time or money attempting to rent here. There are plenty of other communities that actually respect their prospective tenants and treat them with the dignity they deserve. This place clearly isn't one of them.
