This community is really good for living and maintenance team is so quick on responding to issues. There is no landscape maintenance on outside and need to make sure we have sun rays into the house before moving as they are side by side units. Stacy is really great from leasing office and very much helpful whenever there is a need on the issues. She is so patience and friendly nature. This community is near to Edison station so commute is better to New York/Jersey City. We really liked this community.

The apartment is great, and Stacy is the best. But if I were the owners, I’d be concerned that the pool company is such an embarrassment to the property. Oxford is ordering new chairs but have not ordered a functioning pool vacuum yet.

We have lived at Oxford Arms for 9 months and are Very happy here. Love having washer and dryer in the apartment. Stacy is the ABSOLUTE BEST. She makes sure that any issues are taken care of IMMEDIATELY! I highly recommend this apartment complex!

Maintenance man Javier is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. I was very polite and his demeanor is just nasty. I see so many reviews about this maintenance person. Not sure why they still have someone like that representing them. Do not call him when it is inconvenient for him, because he will make you aware that you're bothering him.

I have lived in Oxford Arms for the past 4 years and it has been an amazing time and experience. The management and Stacy Malachi are amazing too. Stacy makes sure that all items that needs to be addressed are done asap. She is very helpful, polite and courteous. Always ready to help. She immediately takes care of any issues with the maintenance or any query.

We enjoyed our time at Oxford Arms! There is plenty of parking, spacious walk in closet/balcony, and in unit washer and dryer. Stacy was the absolute BEST part - always there to answer questions and help you in any way!

I lived at this apartment complex for 1 year. Stacy at the front office was always fantastic! She was kind, very good with communication, and helpful. The apartment complex itself is older but quaint and filled with young families. It is very quiet and there is a nice tennis court that I utilized a few times. Ended up moving out a few months ago to be closer to work/downtown NB but I loved my time at Oxford Arms. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, safe, affordable neighborhood to peacefully live in!

We lived here from 2015 to 2018 and our experience was great! Stacy, the property manager, is one of the most wonderful persons I have ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure the residents are well taken care of. She even took care of my cats when I was travelling!

The apartments are old, but they are spacious and well-maintained. The neighbors are respectful. The community is safe. It's super close to the Edison train station, which was an added bonus. It was also close to superstores and grocery stores. The rent is competitive compared to other nearby apartment complexes.

There was one particularly rude maintenance staff, but Stacy made sure that he did not come to our apartment when we expressed our concern. Other maintenance staff members were great!
