I love the construction, roominess, and cleanliness, garbage is picked up several times a week. And maintenance arrives fast once a report is in, and the leasing office is open 7 days a week.

I had a bee infestation for months, they holding my deposit due to the fact I didn’t give them enough notice when by law security deposit is for collateral damage only. They kept my deposit and charged me 958 extra. They charged for carpet cleaning and cleaning fee, while the apartment was clean and the apartment was in great condition. I will be taking them to court since they wanna play with people.

Congratulations if your neighbor shower in the early morning. You don't need alarms anymore! The splashing noise is incredibly loud and you'll wake up in no time! I don't know how they build the wall but you can hear everything in the bathroom and bedroom. Plus, ten dollars if your light bulb blows.

Leasing team is rude! Called to help my senior mom with an issues and Emily lied, and kept over talking me, ready to argue. And I was calling for help. I asked to escalate and she said there I no one to escalate to. Then someone named Danielle (Mgr) name was dropped. They need to restructure that entire team and try again. It’s people out here that will respect their job better than that office. Never answer calls, emails and have ZERO customer engagement skills.

I lived here for 4 years finally moved out .This place was so much better 4 years ago.The rent was never the problem .this place today is unsafe and turned ghetto !!Not worth the rent .people fighting for parking ,plp with multiple vehicles ,kids fighting at the bus stop almost everyday ,apartments getting broken into suspiciously, kids breaking car windows ,other parents intimidating other parents .disrespectful kids,a lot of illegal activities going on that now they have Edison police patrolling 24hrs ,security for nothing .kids finding vapes and weed pens in playgrounds .Things being kept from other tenants like cops coming in at 5am and raiding apartments ..Talamadge is beautiful but needs to clean house ..stop accepting section 8 and making the hard working families suffer .apartments are beautiful but the area and the neighborhood isn’t.

I would say no star a big fat F! FAIL. Poor management across the board. people park in no parking areas even the employees have no regard for the signs. High rent increase, forced to pay for pool pass even if you don't swim. The trash pick up can be a disgusting mess. The recycling is a joke. All toilets were changed to save water now you must flush 3 and 4 times. The rent can be cheap but you get what you pay for. I can't wait to leave.

I just moved here to Talmadge Village in July and everyone has been so amazing. From the beginning, Alan in the leasing office who made the entire experience a smooth process and was just the nicest man I ever met, to Carmen in Maintenance. Carmen is just a breath of fresh air and gets things done asap. Her customer service skills are absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a beautiful place to lease, this is the apartment community for you.

Great place to move to. neighbors are homely. Love the garage. Needs more closets one coat closet and one bedroom closet sometimes isnt enough, but that invokes the imagination and we made room in the laundry/hvac unit room and some in the garage. it will take a minute to settle in.
