Greatest people in the business and I couldn't be more pleased. Jason Johnson I can now clearly understand how you ended up being the manager there! You were kind, considerate, empathetic, easy to deal with, always helpful and you and your staff are just all around the greatest rental business in this whole entire area and you definitely put all those other so called rental agencies that are nothing but a worthless joke to shame!! I'd recommend you all to anyone and everyone that would stand still and listen to me long enough!! You're the best of the best and I can't tell you how much I genuinely appreciate all your time, attention, effort and kindness towards helping me when I needed it the most!! Great people and if you want the best then Long Lewis Rent A Car is the place you want to go, please don't even waste your time and effort on those lying and uncaring and very extremely incapable fake "car rental agencies" that are in the muscle shoals and Florence Alabama area!! We rented from this place because of a wreck my daughter was involved in. It's the only place that doesn't require an outrageous security deposit, and will rent to someone under 25. They fixed us up on my lunch break, and they have super nice cars to choose from.

My family has always used Long Lewis to rent our vehicles when we go on vacation. The vehicles are always so clean and you can tell they take great care of them. My problem is with the customer service. I can never get ahold of anyone there on the phone and they are never friendly when I go inside either. I put in a request over a month ago for a vehicle and no one ever called me. I called 3 times during this month of waiting, at different times of the day to make sure I wasn’t calling when they were busy, and they would never answer. I finally went up there and was told that the online rental tool is not a good tool. I do not think they should have the tool as an option if no one will call you back. Again, we have had great experiences with Long Lewis rental, but the customer service and follow up is always lacking.

I have always had a great experience using Long Lewis rental cars. Will not be using them again. Checked about a rental for November and am in total shock. Less than a year ago my family got a rental to the Smoky Mountains for $400. When I checked today for a rental for the same number of days I was quoted a price of $1100 for the same vehicle. I could not believe the price increase. Going from $400 to $1100 is an unbelievable price increase. I could understand a reasonable increase but that is unrealistic. I will not be using Long Lewis for rentals again. That increase is beyond reasonable. The service person told me the owners made the increase and they could do nothing about it. Other people can pay that kind of price if they choose but I refuse to do so. That rental price for a vehicle is more than what I would be paying for a super nice cabin for the same number of days .
