We rented out our unit at Cambridge Heights, Nutley. Simply put Matt is efficient and transparent. Our journey swayed between listing to sell and listing to rent. During this phase we had the older established Realtors in Cambridge Heights flip flop between agreeing to list our unit to back out over non existing reasons! I approached Matt because he had sold the unit next door to mine and is thus a trusted and known name in Cambridge Heights.
