This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They are completely unresponsive, they lie, and they withhold landlord contact information. If you ever see a renal property is managed by them DO NOT USE THEM. They are used when a landlord does not want anything to do with their properties/ tenants and this company is a front that they can hide behind. They are currently withholding our security deposit and will not answer us or give us the contact info of our landlord so we have to take legal action. THE WORST. Whole company is a scam.

After I moved into my New Jersey apartment, I had a few things that needed fixing. Bermeo got a handyman over to fix everything right away. They are real pros. Their buildings are immaculate. Thanks for a positive experience.

VERY VERY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT DO NOT HIRE THEM.!!!!!!MY BUILDING ROOF IS LEAKING THE PAST YEAR THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIX IT. VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE , ARROGANT AS WELL, THEY JUST SCREAM WITH ME ON THE PHONE AND TAKE THE HOA FEE EVERY MONTH AND NEVER GAVE ME ANY ORIENTATION WHAT THEY SPENDING THE MONTHLY HOA FEES...... I WHISH I CAN GIVE NEGATIVE STARS
