From the start of my tour of the model units to the end of my application has been nothing short of amazing. I toured three different units with Anthony and he was nothing but amazing. It was great knowing that the building/everything within is brand new and never lived in- what better deal then that!? I submitted my application/deposit the very same day after I toured- my mind was simply made up and I knew that nothing else would top what I had seen here.

Michelle was also amazing in communicating with me and finalizing the application process. Securing the deposit payment, receiving my keys and the parking permit, all seamless and hassle free.

I have been living here for about a week now and it has been the best decision ever. Everyone has been kind and friendly and always checking in to make sure nothing is needed and ensure that everything is working ok. Luis- who does maintenance is also super kind, helpful and friendly.

Come check it out, seriously you will not regret it. Everything you can possibly need is either a walking distance or a short drive away. Oh, and have we mentioned the building is pet friendly?!? That is a definite win.

IF I CAN GIVE IT 10 STARS I WOULD! 🌟

From start till now I’m sooo grateful that I came across the 480 Flatz luxury apartments. Anthony and Michelle were OUTSTANDING, with great customer service they received me in the most welcoming way and they made sure everything went smooth. From the showing of the models to the application everything was at ease and secure.

I felt in love with everything about the building and apartment, first second or third floor everything was just screaming “Luxury”. The entrance of the building and the security that it has for its tenants it’s very outstanding

We have everything at a walking distance in a great quite town!

From the initial tour to the application process to the lease signing to moving in this was an excellent experience. Anthony and Michelle helped in every way possible. The building itself is beautiful, my apartment is very cozy, and the neighbors are very friendly. The building is kept immaculate by the staff. If your looking for an apartment to rent, I’d say this is a must see.

If I could give a negative star, I would. The train horns all day and night even at 3AM, but I was told there will be no trains after 11PM by the management. Walls are very thin so you can hear every foot step and people talking. The management does not care for anything. HORRIBLE Apartments ever. Live here if you want to get mental disorder.

Train horns. I dont live here but i live in the same area as the complex the train runs through the day and night from nj transit to cargo trains the rail line is used 24/7
