I love living here with my family. The environment is amazing as well the staff very attentive. Greenbrook in North Plainfield is by far a Stapleton of what leasing should feel like. Barbara the property manager is extremely attentive and understanding. I will admit I even had issues to which I was made to realize were simple misunderstandings to which Barbara went above and beyond to make both me and my family feel comfortable. Right is right. When a business Or someone who represents it does well it should be broadcasted. Barbara, Fabian and the crew find a way to follow the rules of SDK and make residents feel secure. I am grateful to live here. Aswell I am grateful to write this on my current homes behalf.

They'll do shady things like. Send your rent back through the superintendent, instead of the post office cuz of a late fee. Tape it to your outside door then file for nonpayment. Don't pay late they'll try to bury you. With late and lawyer fees.

Hard to get in contact with these people. a year since I moved and I haven't received a replacement check for security deposit that was sent late to me and expired. Horrible customer. Stay away from this company.
