This review is specifically for Kristin Vest, in the property management office at Four Seasons/Lifestyle at Cumberland, Millville, NJ.
Kristin is always pleasant and accommodating. She is efficient, and responds quickly to emails and queries. Follows up as promised.
Kristin displays a high level of professionalism, and has shown her ability to communicate well as a community-facing Board liaison.
A great improvement as compared to past staff, and the impetus for this review.

I have been working now for 2+ years with Associa and had nothing but a great experience. Worst property management/landlord to exist. They attempted to scam everyone with "resident care package" while allowing the common area maintenance to fall apart, aka CAM charges which is for only commercial real estate. They do not work with good standing tenants and will do anything they can to fight you tooth and nail. Common areas are disgusting, rugs stained, walls are skimmed but not painted, smells horrible, vestibule common area before the combination code is full of garbage and mail on the floor. If this management continues not working with their DOB will be getting involved, with a professional who will show all violations per Hudson County and NJ state law

Greg was sent to my condo for a water leak. Greg was very polite and went out of his way to be very neat and leave me no mess too clean up. He is someone I highly recommend.
