RedBridge use to be okay and semi-responsive but lately they have dropped the ball. I have sent multiple emails to multiple addresses in regards to leaks we have in our apartment and despite the plumber coming out six weeks ago, they have not sent out their findings to our association.

We now also have a leak coming in from our roof as well and received no response to multiple emails. I have made countless calls to multiple people including generic lines as well as left multiple voice mails but received no return calls. I even called their emergency line and while an actual person did pick up they only took down my name and number and said someone else would call back. Yet I did not received a call back using that avenue either.

I would definitely recommend steering clear of RedBridge Property Management!

Completely ineffective as property managers. They use shady under insured contractors who perform substandard work.

They don't answer the phone or email outside of 9-5 Monday through Friday. They have no knowledge of what is going on their properties.

My experiences over a 4 year period with Red Bridge Property Management exceeded my initial expectations and far exceeded my past experiences with other property management companies. Their staff is friendly, responsive, and considerate. If you're researching management companies then stop here... I strongly recommend using Redbridge to manage your condo association. They are the best.

Service is "garbage" Don't have water in my appartment (neither cold nor hot) for 2 days. Manager Robert said, "you still can use the toilet, you just cannot flush." Company of the year! Strongly recommend!

Absolute nightmare of a company. Our building's ceiling leaks non-stop anytime it even drizzles. It has been YEARS and Red Bridge has not been able to repair this. We keep several buckets in our home due to their incompetency

This management company should be ashamed of themselves. I don't understand how they have any business. They are unresponsive and have the WORST TEAM EVER. I have worked with many management companies before. Thank goodness we got rid of the ASAP.

TERRIBLE. Would avoid at all costs. Unresponsive and when they do respond, can never get anything done. Takes them forever.
