I truly enjoyed living here. ERCT Property Management has been a good landlord/company throughout my tenancy. A special mention to the following:
Estrella – for making my first visit / apartment tour pleasant with her friendly demeanor
Nigel – for helping me with the move-in procedures, and granting me the parking spot I requested
Tremaine and Olga – for their warm and welcoming presence, for their help in getting the utilities set up in my unit, for letting me borrow their push cart when I moved in, and for always keeping the building pristine (and smelling nicely!)

I enjoyed my stay at the property I rented; the place was very nice, in a safe neighborhood, and easily accessible.
The management was always willing to address any needs, and the administrative and maintenance staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

They Never answer the phone and they have a unit listed for $1,764 but when I received a tour, the lady says it’s $1900 and then she sends an email of an application for the unit to me the next day and the price says $1,764 but I’m told it’s 1900. Not good. People are paying these applications fees when the site is misleading the whole time…. If it’s $1900 or more it should be updated.

If I could give zero starts I would!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life!!! You will never be able to get in touch with anyone via phone. You’ll be lucky to get an email response back unless you threaten them.
We rented for 5 years with them. When we left we asked for a final walkthrough. At that time we were told we would receive our security deposit within 10 days. That was Sept 15th 2024. It is now October 16th and we still have not received deposit and no one will respond back to phone calls, emails or text.

***Just received a text saying the check was cashed October 8th? How? We never received a check!!!! And of course not getting a response once again. Save yourself the anger and frustration and go with a different company. Do your research!!!

*** We FINALLY received our deposit 10/27
Edited to add that I received a text message from someone from the company asking me to update / change my review once we received the money.
Here’s your update…… SUPER SHADY COMPANY!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

By far the worst rental application experience I have ever had. Extremely unprofessional and once they get your money from the application fee, you'll never hear from them again until you call repeatedly for weeks. We were swayed by management that given our all our info we would be approved without issue, only to be rejected. Weeks wasted in our apartment search as this was our first pick and management told us our application was strong so not to worry. Nigel is the worst - he answers the phone up until you pay the application fees and then ghosts after. I think this place might be a scam, several other people said they were having the same issue. Take your money and time somewhere else!
