Chantel was our property manager for only a short year but in that year her management style went above and beyond any other managers we’ve had in the company past 20 years at the apartment I live in. She is reliable, she always provided courtesy and notification whenever there was a need for someone to access my apartment. Any issue that arose she was prompt with response and prompt with sending help. Excellent communication skills, excellent management skills, very sad to see her go.

Chantel is the real deal! I went from an increasingly worsening housing situation in NYC to a gorgeous townhouse in Jersey City because of her knowledge, contacts and general ability to make sh*t happen! She got me and my pets into a safe and lovely home. Not to mention, first and foremost she is a loving woman with a good heart; during the process, there were periods when I wasn’t sure what I wanted, and she gently kept in touch, and made sure I knew that she had my back, till the moment I was ready and then she worked her magic. (She’s also hilarious btw!) To me, frankly, she’s more like a sister than simply a broker, but I would recommend her to anyone serious about finding their dream home with the minimum of fuss. She also knows everyone, so once you hire her, you get the full extent of her wisdom, advice and contacts. Need your stoop cleaned of snow? She’ll have someone there before the end of the day. Your washing machine leaking? She’ll have someone ringing your doorbell in a few hours. She’s the real deal and you deserve the best. Every day I wake up in my wonderful home, I’m grateful I met her.
