I gave 1 star because there is no zero!!!! If you want to move to Liberty Terrace in East Rutherford , DONT DO IT! I couldn’t give 0, because the lowest point was 1! Until you sign the lease agreement, they are so helpful and responsive. After that you can’t reach anybody about any issue! One day I came home and our living room was like this! And nobody informed us about anything. Constant ion people was on the carpet without their shoes! And we have a baby who is playing on the floor! As I said nobody said anything. Also our money and valuable assets are in the house! They are thinking that they can do everything in your house without your permission. I didn’t count that how many times they went into the house without the permission. And end of the all this journey , they didn’t give our exact deposit back. They tried to cut the deposit with unreal reasons. When you are looking for a new unit, they will tell you that they are changing the carpets after every tenants. But end of the lease they will charge $425 to change the carpets for the next tenants! And you never and never can reach to the customer services or responsible parts. If you are lucky and you can, they will hang out to your face the phone when you start to ask questions. Also you can open a maintenance request , they are not responding but they close as completed. Super guy was also rude, when you openA request, he is coming and telling you that no need to fix it! He can decide that what do you need in your home! It was a terrible 2 years and we are still trying to get our money back!

Jude, the manager of Liberty Terrace apartments, is extremely professional. He solves any issue I have quickly and well done. He makes us feel safe, is super responsive, and very aware that everything is going well.

Living in liberty terace for more then 8 years , eight good years I have to say. Love neighbors ,property is nice and is family friendly orientated.
But best of all and no doubt about it is Mr Ramel, SUPER “super” who is mussel and soul of this complex , gentleman who love his job and people around him , man who’s able to make your day with one simple but honest “good morning “.

Harriet, the woman working in the leasing office is the rudest, most unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with. If you want an enjoyable moving experience, stay far away from dealing with her. From day one we were shown an apartment completely destroyed, then tried to be forced into singing a lease with the apartment in that condition, was told people don’t get to see a completed apartment before they sign the lease there, and then was met with absolute disgust and attitude every interaction after that. Sadly, my fiancé and I already put money down on the apartment so we are stuck but if I would have know that in order to rent this apartment I would need to deal with Harriet, I would have completely avoided liberty terrace apartments. Luckily the super and other staff have have been extremely helpful. It would be in liberty terraces best interest to find someone new to represent their apartment complex because I can’t even imagine how much business has been lost due solely to Harriet’s horrible attitude and atrocious customer service skills. The pictures I included show the apartment AFTER it was cleaned so you can imagine how it looked when she first expected us to sign a lease. Mind you, there wasn’t even a kitchen, just an empty room at the time

Most well maintained cleanest property I have ever lived in. Love the peaceful and safe community. Open floorplans, hardwood floors, modern appliances solid construction I found in East Rutherford. With Spacious parking lot.A Commuter’s heaven. Friendly staff. Highly recommend! Look at the view

Wow! This is not the same place as it used to be. It has downgraded horribly. I’ve been at Liberty Terrace in E Rutherford for about 4 years and moving out soon. I cannot wait! Not to down anyone but they accepted section 8 and the residence are just different, disrespectful and ghetto. They take your space, loud music in the early mornings and middle of the night. The walls are thin you can hear everything. The new neighbors caused chaos and disruption.
Very disappointing used to be a wonderful community to live. I would not recommend living in this place at all. People are moving out quickly and it’s filling up with bad apples. Management never responds to your concerns And the apartments are falling apart.

What started out as ok turned into a nightmare living situation. There have been countless issues and the one maintenance person deserves a medal for being responsive and tries to help. I had a complete flood due to poor plumbing work, terrible neighbors and the building management does nothing about it, nothing. The last draw was when my vehicle was damaged due to the lack of effort to stop kids from playing in a heavily transited and dangerous parking lot, then that same Saturday morning I am awakened by loud thumping at my door, it was one of the neighbors and kids that thought it was funny to try and kick my door in, yes kick my door in. I called the police as I had the entire thing recorded. I will attach the video once the police give clearance on the investigation. The part that upsets me the most is the management doesn't care. I told them what happened and even sent them the video and they said if I have a complaint about a neighbor I have do fill out a complaint form. I told them I don't care about the complaint, already filed with police I was just letting them know, no response. I have been trying to get them to acknowledge my move out date and no response at all, literally no response. My lease is up and they didn't even send me a renewal or acknowledge my move out date. Stay away from this place!!!!!

DON'T RENT!!! If i had an option i would give 0 star.
You dont want to live like this tape-fixed house.
They fix everything just with tape.
The maintenance team is terrifiying. Rommel the super guy is the rudest and unsympathetic person i've ever deal with. He never finished the work requests but everytime closed the work requests without repair. First you need to convince him to fix your problems.
Middleesex Managment never listen your service request and for everything they will just respond via email that they are looking into it if you are lucky.
They tried to find a reasons to get any money from deposit amount.
