We wanted to relocate from OH. Found a few places on Zillow and contacted the listed agents. Ed was the only one that responded in a timely manner. He took some information from us and said he would get back to us in a couple of days. We had heard that before from other agents then never heard from them again. Ed called the next morning and had appointment times for 3 properties for that weekend. Those properties were not quite what we wanted, but Ed Is very knowledgeable about the Shoals area. He found several other properties and was able to show them to us that weekend as well. None of them were quite right so we went back to Ohio, but Ed kept researching. We came back to AL a couple of weeks later. Ed had taken a video of a place that interested us. It turned out to be “the one”. Ed also helped after the closing, making sure we had all the contact info for local services. We will definitely contact Ed when the time comes that we need to sell our home.
