The people are nice but the billing system is messed up. They charge you for the month 30 days in advance and 2 weeks before the month begin they start charging you late fee which is crazy. After a year when it’s time to renew my lease they asked for 45% increase, my rent went from $1010 to $1463 !!!! No thank you so I left in may 1st to find out now that they billed me for not only may but June as well, when I called the nasty people in the billing department they said if o want to leave I have to do it through the app not the 3 human beings setting on the front desk the whole day and now they sending me to collection. I guess they are desperate since everybody is working from home and their offices 80% empty. Stay away and don’t sign the agreement.

STAY AWAY FROM REGUS AT ALL COSTS.

When I started at Regus several years ago, they were a place that very much cared about their tenants. Since then, the corporate culture has continuously devolved to the point where they could care less about the companies and individuals who signed leases there. Apparently, as their occupancy rate went up, they had no incentive to care for their tenants anymore.

This is very unfortunate because the receptionist (Caroline) and the sales manager (Rob) there are both very pleasant individuals. However, they don't have much power to help much in the way of anything.

In my example, Regus fraudulently charged me almost $900 after I terminated my lease. I've sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls, but nobody has had the courtesy of getting back to me. I then tried removing my Credit Card to have them not charge my latest bill. I receive a message saying "This card has pending payments associated with it and cannot be deleted, please try again when the payments have cleared." even though I have no pending payments!

When you first visit there, they will wine and dine you and make it seem like they care very much about their tenants. Once you sign your name on that lease, they could care less about you. You just become a number at that point.

I've used Regus before and they did not have the best management overall. Their billing practices are a bit suspect as what you agree to isn't always what you find on the bill. But with this location, I could not have found the rudest receptionist when I called to actually buy their services. If this is the way the receptionist answers the phone and speaks to clients, she's the last person I want talking to mine! Caroline is utterly rude and uninterested in getting business for her company.

My company Continental Brokerage Group works with Regus Daily, All my clients are serviced and with a the Highest Level customer service I would recommend Any Company looking for office space to capitalize on the opportunity to work with such high Level Professionals. I would specifically recommend Ellen Simoni as I cannot describe how much she has helped me and my company with any and all of our needs.

Billing process is horrible and suspicious. When brought up to client the best response we get is , the system generates bills. The main manager is Rob he is great, No comment about the community manager.

After I paid for the website, they didn't send me any updates for a week. I asked for a refund, but they refused. It's a complete scam; once they take your money, they won't refund you even if you cancel.
