The city hired them to put sod down for a new sidewalk. They did not do a very good job in front of my house, so I went in their office and showed them pictures of what it looked like. The receptionist took my information and said it would be the following week before I would hear anything, it was the Friday before memorial day so it was fine, I understood. All I asked for was someone to come look at it. So 2 weeks go by and I haven't seen or heard from anybody. I go back to the office and explain that I haven't heard from anybody and she tells me someone went by and looked at it that Friday. I explained that nothing was done and I had not recieved a call. A guy was there and asked what was going on and I explained it to him showed him the pictures and gave him my information again. The sod is really patchy and dead, they missed spots and covered a drain. The mesh that holds ot together is bare in a lot of spots and it's balled up sticking up above the grass. I know i didn't pay out of my pocket for their service but they need to fix their mistakes.

My crew and I completed some work in the crawl space of the home of Mr. Richardson. Mr. Richardson was, by far, one of the most polite, hospitable, and friendly customers we've had. We sincerely appreciate working for someone so kind and respectful. I could only imagine how well he treats his own customers.

Asked for an estimate for a backyard renovation. Was told it was about 3 weeks for an estimate, agreed. Guy came out, was told it was 2-3 weeks for an estimate workup, then about 3-5 months before they would be able to start.

That was 2 months ago, still no estimate. Called a few times about it, and was constantly told it would be emailed to me.
Went with someone else
Got a quote 2 days later, started working after 2 weeks.

Did not provide service that was agreed upon. Strung along with little to no communication for months, preventing me from using another service since the job can't be done during the wet fall/winter. As of now, I haven't heard from them for 4 months! Unacceptable!

I'm surprised to see such good reviews based on my own experience. Probably fake reviews from employees or family.

Because they don't communicate and have screwed me over for the year, I don't think I trust then for any future service

The landscape designer and lawn care specialists came out to my home to go over what I was looking to do, but after going over the details nothing they came back with was even close to what we discussed. I told the lawn care guy that I wanted to fill in my grass with more St. Augustine, and do a more vigorous regimen to make it look like a golf course. All he sent me was the same thing trugreen did, but double the price. The designer told me she needed 2 weeks to get the plan together, but after 4 weeks she wouldn’t return my calls, and after finally getting her on the phone over a month later, acted surprised that I didn’t receive her email and said she’d resend, never received any email from her. Go somewhere else, because they must not be hurting for business.

Used this company years ago for a 2 acre chain link when I lived in Tennessee. Pricing was incredibly fair. Wish you all would come to Florida!!
