He is smart, kind, top notch professional and he comes fast! He is like the big bro in the family taking care of everyone with his full heart! Manuel is an outstanding maintenance technician! He recently repaired my fridge light and replaced the microwave all by himself. He also replaced one of the stove knob that was broken before we moved in, 2 yrs ago. He handled the situation with professionalism and expertise. Manuel has been very helpful. He’s thankfully picked up where Amado left off. Very grateful he was able to finally fix the dryer after months of having a barely functioning dryer.

We have been without hot water for days. David came in, ran some water with a thermometer and called a plumber for Monday. If you move to the Avalon, be prepared to be without heat or hot water on a whim with no help from maintenance.

Elmer came to fix our sink faucet and check our water boiler because we were without hot water again. He is so kind and attentive. Thank you Elmer for fixing the work of other maintenance workers, you are much appreciated.

We had some issues with the dishwasher, the blinds, hot water, and the heat. David and Amado were able to fix everything. There are only two of them so our hot water issue took a while but it was resolved. Hopefully, the maintenance department is able to get some more staff in the future to help out.

We just moved in to one of the townhouses at Avalon Roseland, and both the leasing and maintenance teams have been fantastic. Bryan and Felix from leasing have answered all of our numerous questions and have been kind and helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Manuel and David on the maintenance team have fixed any issues we ran into within a few days of putting in work orders. We’ve lived in similar communities in the past and Avalon has been miles ahead in terms of communication, fixing issues promptly, and the friendly staff. Highly recommend living here!
