Stayed here for 2 days while I had no heat and hot water at home, and it was close to my job. Lovely open spacious lobby, and breakfast items for sale at reasonable prices. Rooms themselves are clean and neat, and no " hotel smell" detected. Rooms come with a coffee pot, and a small fridge. Front desk staff are absolutely wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. Bed is comfortable. Large screen TV was decent. Safe area, with lots of shops and things to do nearby.

I needed a quick local hotel in a pinch and for the price this place fit everything I needed. The main lobby is very updated and clean and the woman checking me in was friendly and helpful. I was on the 3rd floor and had easy access with the stairs and elevator. Lots of different entrances to get into the hotel but all key card accessible only so it’s safe. Room was smaller but clean. Had a king bed with a large sofa. The TV doesn’t really face the bed which was weird. Bathroom was clean and shower was clean. Water tasted weird out of the sink when brushing teeth. Im not sure my air worked I wanted to put it on but the buttons didn’t work, but it was a comfortable temp without. It was a tad loud, you can hear trains and cars on route 10. Things echo on the hallway as they do in most hotels. I could hear my neighbor cough through the walls. I only stayed two nights so nothing was cleaned from housekeeping but I didn’t really need it. Overall in a pinch this was perfect for what I needed.

Hotel is nice - clean and has everything you need for an overnight stay. It would be nice if they offered free breakfast like other hotels in the area. |Isaac at the front desk was very nice at check-in and made the stay start off on a very nice note. |Would stay again for a reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly. They were able to move us to the 2nd floor. The room was the handicap room. The room was pretty outdated. There were black dots on the sheets. One bed was pretty uncomfortable while the other was pretty decent. The location is pretty convenient and safe. Hope the other rooms are a little nicer.

This hotel was extremely dirty. We’re not even the picky type but could not stay here. We took one look at the room and asked for a refund. The lady at the front desk was nice and tried to accommodate us and offered another room the , but the other room was still dirty. It appears as if someone threw up in the elevator & it was not cleaned up. Honestly, this hotel is due for a major remodel. It was really bad!! We got a refund and went to another hotel down the street.

Positive: "" Negative: The location is hard to get access beside a one-way highway. $5 per night for parking. Poor soundproof, I can hear next door's talking, TV and moan... Stink bugs and hairs balls on yellowish bed. No refund even found bugs on bed during winter season.

The outside of the hotel is beautiful but the room are out dated and dirty. Photos below express my concerns and heard nothing back since they got my money they also over charged me and held my money for over 1 months because I was black and thought I couldn’t afford to stay.
