Awesome experience so far!
First day using the unit Bianca was spot on helpful. I was having a hard time with my initial visit and she saw me on the camera and came up to assist! She gave such thorough support. She a true model of great customer service.

Cody calling to confirm my application and set up was good to go was also great as well!

I’ve had a great experience since moving to this storage unit. The facility is very clean and my things are easy to access. The service has also been excellent. Bianca has been so helpful in meeting all of our needs and she lays out all of the options available to us. I really appreciate knowing that my things are stored safely and that I have the ability to talk to someone competent when I need to.
