Nice traffic free office building with deli, gym, and bank inside BUT THERE'S NO SIGNAGE ON THE BUILDING OUR ANYWHERE OUTSIDE TO LET YOU KNOW. They just got a new branch of Santander Bank... BUT YOU'D NEVER KNOW IT even if you had an office in the building since there are two wings & the tenant list is grossly incomplete or simply not maintained properly. This is a red flag to how well the building itself is maintained.
