Khaled is a very young courteous professional who not only carefully paid attention to our needs and conditions, but went the extra mile being so nicely helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and dynamic that we didn't feel we were dealing with an agent but with someone, a friend we knew since "childhood"!

After purchasing my first investment property with Dave as my agent, and Gus as my investment guru I can confidently vouch for more than just their professional skills and warm personality, I can also say that they bring so much more to the table than you could imagine. Gus personally guided us, walking us through the process of obtaining a loan to the closing, he was there when i needed him anytime of day. He helped got me a lower interest rate on my loan without even asking for it, he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the market.

Dave is truly the "all-in-one package" I needed in a real estate agent. As a first-time homebuyer, he was patient and thorough in teaching me the ropes of the real estate market with his deep knowledge of current/historical trends. I love the Modern Realty team and will use them for all my real estate needs! I listed my house with them and they walked me through every step of the way and made this process easy for me. There was not one day where I did not receive a phone call from my realtor. The owners of the firm were even helping me and staying in contact with me. Let me emphasize on how BEAUTIFUL the pictures of my home came out that were posted and after a short two weeks I had an offer on my home that I accepted! This company really cares for their clients. Honestly everyone complains about how brutal the home buying process is, but this was honestly a painless process. I feel extremely taken care of my realtors Dave and Jackie were absolutely spectacular, Gus consulted us every step of the way and those three feel like they are part of my family now.
