I recently had the pleasure of touring Avalon North Bergen, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The apartments are incredibly spacious and well maintained, with stunning views that really make the space feel bright and open. The amenities are top-notch, providing everything you would need for comfortable living.

A special shout-out to Savanah, who made my experience even better. She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated how patient and helpful she was, making sure I felt well-informed and at ease throughout the entire process. Her positive attitude and willingness to chat really stood out.

I highly recommend Avalon North Bergen to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-managed place to call home!

I recently visited a friend here and I must say I was amazed! So so clean. Staff was friendly and I feel like the ambiance of the place was great. It just so happened that I was looking for a new place to move as well and on my way out, I went to book a tour. I met Savannah . I asked her if we can schedule a tour for the following week. It seemed as though she was packing up for the day but she did not mind at all to stay back and chat with me about the community for a bit (Which was also a big green flag cause we love an employee who loves their job) . Long story short, I’m looking forward to my self guided tour next week to see what apartments are available!

Loved living here last year, in fact I stayed with Avalon when I moved back to Virginia in May.

More recently, I had a package mistakenly delivered to my old address and the leasing office at North Bergen was kind, prompt, and professional in helping me get it to my home in Virginia.

Special thanks to Savannah who helped make sure my box got picked up and sent out safely.

Highly recommend this apartment community, suburban living with views of Manhattan-- 30 minutes outside the city. Worth the commute for the amenities and professionalism!

We’ve been here about 8 months so far and it’s been a below-average experience, sadly. We flagged a cleaning issues that they said they’d address but never did. They took months to fix the garage door which means the garage was opened for months which posed a safety issue. The worst part of it is that they seem to be having issues with the fire alarm system. It has gone off ~8 times in the past 6 weeks. All false alarms. This has caused our pet to be extremely jumpy and on-edge. Unfortunately when a real fire happens, no one is going to believe it’s an actual fire and people may get badly hurt as a consequence. To make things worse, management has decided that a solution to not having a place to put packages and boxes that get delivered to the building in the lounge. So the amenity they like to advertise is now crammed with boxes. The positive side of things is that the maintenance staff is always polite and responsive. Kudos to them!

I've lived in this apartment for more than two year and I'm very happy with my living experience here. The management and maintenance all did a very good job and they are friendly, responsive and helpful. Recently I had some noise issue, and Savannah helped me resolved the issue promptly. I was completely relieved when the issue was solved.
