Just moved to New York and was interested in purchasing a property. The worst customer service in the world I literally got an Hello! Yelled at me and then she began to speak very rude . I let her know I am not interested anymore and that she is very rude. I feel really bad for anyone who has already purchased an apartment through them . I recommend some more training or classes for the realtor in question. I am not a realtor but I definitely know that when you are trying to be a realtor , that is not the proper customer service . Very disgusting attitude. I recommend to anyone that hate there job to find a new career . You never know what situation others are going through .

Very bad experience with this agency. Many things left untold. Brought us a shady tenant and a false background check. Agent Craig told us he knew the tenant personally and we where in good hands. The tenant paid the first month rent and never paid us again. Wouldn’t recommend using them ever.

BEWARE OF THIS REALTOR! I agree with the last review. Mr. Craig Wilson brought these HORRIBLE, soon to be evicted tenants, to my property a year ago. Right after they moved in, they started to pay the rent late and now they haven’t paid rent in 6 months and we are in the process of getting them evicted. We realized after they started paying late, that they provided fake pay stubs and fake employment referrals and it’s because of this realtor we are in a rough and frustrating situation. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

For less than 30 seconds to talk to relative with weeks to leave and the guy knocked on my window and told me to get outta here.’not friendly, unreliable.
