First all loom nice after 3 months moving there i had mold in few rooms where my son sleeps also plumber has to break walls water damage and the cut off the amenities they used have indoor pool ,now is open few hours the steam full of bugs was gross they cut the staff in few people only and the place is terrible dirty, always smells, and when you call ,they don't send anyone to fix after you have to gave them tip no more that $30 for them to come to fix anything is really bad the windows they don't have good insolation is always cold even in the summer, the ac and hit units in the wall they never work since a move in 10 months the increase $ 2000 rent was crazy and they can continue increase no contract said anything they really get me too .. so unprofessional the worse place ,,I won't no recommend at all very poor amenities and old . I can wait to leave this place

We lived here for more than 3 years and would have never moved out ,but due to a job opportunity had to leave. I really miss my Mariner’s Landing. The best condo in Edgewater. The office management is attentive and the condo is very well maintained and clean. I have read the review regarding the ants, yes, they appear in the rain season but the office management arranges the pest control very quickly and all Other necessary fixings are done very quickly. The apartment was ready to move in and cleaned very well. The Pool is heated and always has a safe guard on place. Breathtaking view. Even though we lived in the building 4 that is close to River road we have never had any problem of hearing a busy River road. The attached garage is very convenient for a family with kids. I remember each Halloween holiday that was maintained by the office management too.

Marsha in the Leasing office was a pleasure to deal with while applying and moving in. Maintenance men are experienced and very helpful in handling any problem you may have. The complex is dog friendly which is important to me. Location is convenient and walkable to shopping and personal services.

Just spoke to lady name, Laura from the front desk. JUST HORRIBLE! Called to ask couple of questions before we schedule a tour, and she was giving attitude throughout the phone call. When I spelled out my last name, she gave good five seconds silence and said, "that's it?" with annoyance for no reason. The building looks nice but definitely not giving a slight chance after that call. If potential tenant is treated this way, just imagine if you ever have any issues!

I consider that one of the best places to live in New Jersey, near Manhattan, but with the beauty of nature, the absence of pollution, noise and annoying neighbors, you find it in the neighborhood of Mariner's landing, also its prices are the most comfortable according to the area, their neighbors are nice, respectful people and are always willing to help you if you need it. Finally, there are many nearby shopping centers and delicious places to eat.

There is a huge parking problem in the complex. Although there are garages under each apartment building unfortunately they are higgledy -piggledy assigned. You might be leaving on one side of the complex and your parking spot might be at all the way to other side.
This becomes a super big problem if you are carrying heavy stuff from your car because there is no way you can park in front of your building unless you block your neighbors cars.
Even on your move-in period you are not allowed to park at leasing office parking spot(middle of the complex) for carrying your boxes.
And don’t forget this is a non-elevator building so if you are living on 3rd floor you have to carry the boxes from the other side of the complex and keep carry on up to the 3rd floor.
The guest parking spots are also not distributed evenly. There are only a few spots on one side of the complex so if you are living on the other side your guests will have a nice stroll in the community to reach your building.
If it is raining/snowing or you have a sleeping/sick child that problem is getting more serious.
Also there is a terrible noisy , dangerous construction in the middle of the complex .
This complex should be the last choice of your living in Edgewater..

Was not impressed with the staff. With so much competition along River rd, staff would be more attentive. I asked for 2 bed pricing but she insisted that 1 bed was a better deal. Since I went with a real estate agent she didn't bother to ask my name. Instead she repeatedly addressed me as 'Ms', weird.

The apartments are infested with ants and management is very dismissive about the issue, which they frequently seem to have according to the lady in the leasing office. They do not disclose this issue to people renting the apartments ahead of time, and once you actually realize that this is the NORM here, they are very slow to do anything about it.
