Worked for chestnut pointe in royesford. Worst company to work with in general! Brings so much stress and drama!

Kline refuses to fix their PINECREST GOLF 5t hole pond that is 15 ft from my house. The pond totally drains out in the summer due to a broken pipe.
The township ordered them to fix their property, and it's been in the Court of Appeals for over 3 years.
It is dangerous for golfers and children who jump in to get golf balls they can see because of lack of water.
I can't understand their refusal to fix their property for their clients and neighbors whose homes are attached to their mess.
Unbelievable and dangerous.
The new court date is coming up in the Appeals Court, maybe this will end this avoidable mess and they will fix their property.

Living at one of the apartment complex’s in Florida and everything is bad except for two of the agents that works in their office and they get 5 stars. Their apartment complex has cameras inside the building but not the outside, Someone stole my center cap on my wheels was stolen but i suspect that it was someone that lives here cause they has same car cause my mechanic stated that they tried to use a flathead and take off the front 2 but they managed only to get one. And another occasion my husband had a rental car and by them having no cameras outside of buildings we had to go to a mechanic shop and pay them to repair the scratches that someone had scratched up. Water is very horrible here in Florida with chlorine I buy so many filters and only helps for a little while and my skin has had so many problems with all the chlorine in the water and we have all types of insects and bugs getting into apartment. Maintenance just came and put some corking around the back door cause I had frogs coming in and said they was gonna order a new striping and come back and put it down and never did. Just lots of cons

I attempted to get an apartment that is under this companies ownership, they denied my self and another veteran based on the income coming from the GI Bill. This company is money hungry and greedy. I watched the rent costs go up by 200$ in the course of two weeks. VERRY NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY.
