My Garner House/Chelsea management experience has been nothing short of wonderful! They’re constantly improving the building, amenities, and apartments. The building is safe and secure and the residents are amazing. Hope is the best property manager imaginable and Miro does incredible work and repairs, not to mention that they’re both incredibly kind and caring employees. They go out of their way for their residents. Chelsea Management is consistently working to improve the building and quality of life for residents. It’s been wonderful so far!

The manager and staff are exceptional. I am wheelchair bound and was having an issue with the toilet. Hope got right on it and I now have a ADA compliant toilet and Miro did a great job of getting it installed. Anytime there is a problem they get right on it, usually within a day.

Having lived at Gardner House in Hatboro, PA, for the past year, I can confidently say it has been a delightful experience. Nestled in a charming neighborhood with tree-lined streets and historic architecture, Gardner House offers a serene retreat that feels like a true home.

The apartment itself is a blend of historic charm and modern comfort. I love the hardwood floors, high ceilings, and beautiful moldings that give the space character. The large windows allow plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the day. The kitchen is well-appointed with updated appliances and ample cabinet space, making meal preparation a breeze.

The amenities at Gardner House are fantastic. The courtyard is my favorite spot—it's beautifully landscaped and provides a peaceful place to relax or enjoy a morning coffee. The fitness center is well-equipped with everything I need for my workouts, and the community room is a great space for socializing with neighbors or hosting gatherings.

Management here is top-notch. They are always friendly and responsive to any questions or maintenance requests I have. They truly make an effort to ensure residents are happy and comfortable, which I really appreciate.

Location-wise, Gardner House couldn't be better. It's within walking distance to downtown Hatboro, where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks to explore. The neighborhood is safe and inviting, with a strong sense of community that makes it feel like home.

Chelsea has take over petoni in philly. I haven't really interacted with the on-site manager, and I'm not even sure of a phone number, but I've been emailing Esther, and just with my experience with her- I'm very excited. They've removed trees that were the cause of reoccuring squirrel infestations, that the last management company took weeks to just get pest control out for. Within the first few weeks I saw the new management walking the property, they had massive dumpsters to clean out and flip apartments, I got to see a new one when walking by, they're beautiful! The updated units look so much better than the landlord special I walked in to in 2020. I'm excited to see what they'll do, I was considering leaving at the end of my lease, but with chelsea here in stead of the old one, I might actually want to stay. The old management company jacked my rate from $980 to $1100 "to meet market" but I assume it was actually because they were sinking after covid and trying to get back their losses, as long as chelsea is fair and doesn't charge me updated apartment rent for a non updated apartment I'll be happy.
