From day 1 the attentiveness of the staff has been impeccable! Every single resident I have met has been so friendly and down to Earth. The pool is amazing. The convenience to Philly is awesome! Everything needed is within walking distance. The space is bright and airy and happy.

Lived here for about 2 1/2 years. The building manager was very helpful in getting me approved for my unit, especially at a time when getting a good apartment in NJ was very hard to come by. Was a very good deal for the price with utilities included in a nice town. During my time, the main issues I encountered was that a neighbor smoked something that stunk up my apartment from under the door, and the trash room being closed during a dispute…though nothing major. Any repairs were fixed quickly, and usually a very quiet. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to move out to live with my father, and the building manager was extremely helpful in navigating how to shorten my lease.

The property manager at this complex is very nice. However, they don’t allow service animals and that’s troubling considering that I’m disabled. By law they are required to allow me to have him with me.

Such a hidden gem! This apartment complex is located conveniently near everything. Many shops and restaurants are a walking distance away. The views are breath taking as well.

Very pathetic maintenance, I am staying here without water in the kitchen for more than 2 weeks, no dishwasher and water for 15 days. All of a sudden without any notice they stopped the water.

Haddonview Apartments is a wonderful place to call home. I have lived here for the past two years, following my college gradation. I am moving on to be closer to family but I have nothing but positive memories of my time here. The location is great, it was the perfect distance for me to commute to my hybrid job in Philadelphia. The shuttle service (free of additional charge) is a great perk of living here! Its also a quick (relatively cheap) uber and easy patco ride to get to Philly. However, there are so many amazing restaurants, bars and shopping to explore in this area as well. Everyone that works at Haddonview is lovely, you will always be greeted with a smile and how are you from anyone who works here. There have been few maintenance needs during my time here but whenever I put in a request its been addressed the next day and with great service. Its easy to feel safe and at home here. There's a wide range of residents from young professional, families, to retired folk but everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and respectful. Overall, I have no regrets on my decision to call Haddonview home and I am grateful for my time here.

After living here for 10 yrs I wana leave. I've never seen any apartment go through water shut downs as this one. And the maintenance super named shawn is just so rude and always tells you he will charge for this or that when he doesn't even own the building. Now we will be without power next, heat, and water next week they just emailed us. What will happen to the food in the refrigerator? Also watch for that black older man janitor. Hes creepy and stares at every woman. Everything else is ok. Have no problems with rodents or insects. Thank god. I wanted to give an update on my review again. Instead of telling me to call the office, how about you talk to your staff. Calling the office didnt get me anywhere. Why don't you ask Shawn himself. He's a nasty person.

I'm back again and loving it even more. It's a great property in a GREAT location, and has gotten even better since the first time I lived here 11 (!) years ago. Keep up the enhancements and the stellar service, HV! The units are cool, the variations and renovations are even greater this time... and overall it's just a pleasant experience and nestled in towers that are like NO others in the area. My only complaint is that pool season is over, LOL. Honestly - great address, great amenities, great place to call HOME.
