They don’t answer text message or calls for weeks and months on end they raise the rent every single year I’m a single mother they raised it almost 100 this year I feel it was due to retaliation just because I ask for things to get fixed that they don’t respond too anyways and I’ve complain about my neighbors taking up all the parking with cones in front of my house it’s been 2 years and I have not once been able to park in front of my own house. feels like they don’t care about their tenants also said they don’t accept late payments but yet why charge a late fee? Will tenants get kicked out if god forbid one month someone can’t pay on the first exactly? they were going to fix the windows when I first moved in because they all fall they don’t stay up and my kids can hurt their fingers with that but never did it. I asked for a house inspection due to possible mold and the bathtub needing fixing because water falls to my kitchen from the bathtub when filled but they just don’t respond to nothing at all they completely ignore me.

I would give 0 stars. Butttt when I first moved here in 2020 it was high traffic of drug addicts and drug use. I walked in on a man shooting dope in the hallways. I told them nothing was done. And the man was still able to live there with his drug addict friends. He eventually over dosed in the storage closet. But the apartment building is filthy, mice infested and roaches.

The lady that lives in the building has half of her apartment outside in the hallway, they will not get her to move it no matter what they tell u. The neighbors in the building will harass you about parking in front of the building because they feel as if they own it. They will go up on rent every year! With no updates or changes to the building or apartment itself. Thennn when it’s time to move they will try to keep your security deposit by making up charges.

Honestly the property manager Sydney is the only saving grace. She was responsive and helpful given she works for a crooked owner who definitely hates poor people. Our house was barely cleaned when we moved in but we let it go only to have half our security deposit taken for every little thing. Just not worth the headache. They’ll raise rent and not do a damn thing unless you bug them. So glad to be free of them. There are much better companies out there

Luckily our lease is ending this month and we're moving.

. Super pushy during the viewing process. Tried and pressured us into signing the lease by telling us there were multiple other people interested in the property. I don't find twisting people's arms to be a good business practice.

.Told us our move in date during lease signing then proceeded to change the move in date on us three times with no notice. Asked for a new lease that reflects the correct dates and never sent us one.

. We asked if by any chance we could move in one day earlier to prevent having to move in a snow storm but they ignored our message.

. When we finally moved in, we moved into a dirty apartment despite the fact that they claimed to have cleaned it. It smelled and they had painted over dirt and hair.

. The kitchen light switch stopped working and they told us that you have to turn on the bathroom light in order to get the kitchen light to work. I know nothing about electrical but I know that's just wrong.

.Told us we were getting the apartment pest free when really we have found countless roaches and a mouse.

. Told us our apartment would have access to a backyard space when that was a lie.

.Unprofessional maintenance men who come and leave a mess and get paint and caulk everywhere and left tools on our bed. Didn't even use newspaper to prevent mess. Left a cigarette in our kitchen. Maintenance men come to do a job and leave with it half unfinished without even letting you know when they'd be back.

. All communication is through automated texts and emails and they don't give enough notice for scheduled tours and maintenance. They never asked us what times work for us for scheduling tours, they just spring it on us and expect that we will have enough time to tidy up and make arrangements for our dog to be out of the house. We still live here even though our lease is ending, so I feel like we have a say in when tours are scheduled. It's just basic respect of others.

These people do not respect their tenants at all.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

1. The property I rented was advertised as 1 1/2 baths because they told us they would be renovating a space in the basement into a half bath. This renovation was never completed.
2. Upon move in, the property had not been cleaned. There were piles of trash that had been swept up and left on the floor in various places, there were holes in the screen door, and the garage was full of junk; all of these issues were supposed to be taken care of prior to move in. (To be fair- they were resolved within a week of us notifying them)
3. We were told the heat for the house would be gas. Upon trying to turn on the gas connection, we were told the property did not exist for such a connection. It took a month for them to tell us that they would be converting to electric heat.
4. While converting the house to electric heat, the maintenance staff destroyed several rugs and personal items, splattered oil from the previous heating system all over our personal belongings, AND left doors unlocked and windows open when they left. We were not home when this happened. We never received any formal apology or restitution for this incident when our property was damaged and our safety and personal belongings were put at risk.
5. We went several months without the landlord sending us information for payment of the water bill. They then threatened us with eviction proceedings because we had not paid bills we had never received because they failed to set up an account for us during a system changeover.
6. Currently the lease for the property has been over for three months and I am still receiving water bills, which means this company has not given the new tenants access to their utility bill. When contacting the company, I was told this was my problem to resolve and that they have no control over the billing, when the account remains linked to them. ***UPDATE*** it is now August. I confirmed with the water department that they do not have access to change over the water bill. But I am still receiving it.

Pro Managed was completely neglectful of us as tenants and is continuing the pattern after the completion of our lease. Save yourselves the headache and find a different landlord.

Move in was smooth. All maintenance issues have been completed in a timely manner. This company has worked with me during my maternity leave, very understanding and open lines of communication. Has came out and cleaned snow during the winter & maintains backyard during the hot months.

I’ve only been renting from Promanaged for about 3 1/2 months so far and I’m baffled by how things are done and when they are done. As a renter, you should not have to upkeep with a job that should have been done correctly the first time. I’ve had beehives right outside my front door making it unsafe for my family to come and go. I still have spider infestation in the basement, stuff falling apart in the home and at this point, I don’t want to even bother reaching out to them anymore. I will say, I will not be renewing my lease come May and I am highly dissatisfied and disgusted by the way things are done. Disappointed in myself for recommending them to anyone but I will tell them never mind.

It’s unfathomable how unprofessional they are. They other long negative reviews sum it up pretty perfectly.

My own personal anecdote that shows just how terrible they are: so one Friday our basement just straight floods with this disgusting sewage like material, they send one dude who was certainly not qualified to handle it to fix it. He does not fix it, I come home at 5PM to the basement door propped open, sewage everywhere, a putrid smell, a $20 Walmart box fan and no one anywhere to be found. Can’t call the office because it’s closed, no emergency contact. They just left our basement door open in the heart of Tacony and said we’ll fix this on Monday.

We had to stay in another home that night and they fought us every step of the way. This company is garbage and honestly probably illegal.

Also, Joe McCarthy definitely works for them so that review is fraudulent
