I want to take a moment to acknowledge the maintenance team and property management. While I’ve had concerns in the past, I truly appreciate how accommodating they have been in addressing my requests. Maintenance has been responsive and thorough in completing the necessary work, and the property managers have been understanding and proactive in ensuring things get done.

It’s reassuring to know that they take resident concerns seriously and work hard to make improvements. Thank you to the team for your efforts—I appreciate all that you do!

I don't recommend this place for renting due to a lot of issues going on. I have been living here for 3 years. First, everything was lovely, cozy and comfortable. When moved in all was painted , clean and no problems only some cracks in wall and old taps which didn't work properly. After first winter windows were frozen at night you couldn't open them and it caused a lot of mold appeared. Starting 2024 to add all of it we faced mice issue . We had 3 mice in gas stove which we caught by ourselves. Management did put some poison but it didn't work until we installed traps. I had to clean floors and cabinets in the kitchen every morning because mice poops were everywhere. After mice had gone we noticed a lot of dog poops outside every time you just step into it on the way right on street. And today was my last drop we caught 2 mice again. Management is poor . They always sound like other places are worse than here but listen I don't care about other places I live here so please provide quality task resolving instead of find reasons why you can't do it. The only thing was really solved when they changed heating system after during 2 years in the summer air conditioner went out of order multiple times. Snow this year wasn't cleaned in front of door and that only one guy who can't alone do all things need a help! Understaffed place with rude service. Have to live here because of financial situation would move somewhere else.

THIS IS NOT A PAID REVIEW!! I moved into Kingsrow Apartments in May of 2024. Now my son and daughter-in-law live in the complex also. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this complex. Everyone that I have spoken with in the leasing office have gone above and beyond to make sure that the residents are safe and happy! Kingsrow please keep up the AMAZING work that you all do! Happy holidays to you all!

The new staff is great, very helpful and informative, they also try an address all concerns very promptly. Ownership and corporate need to come in person address the rodent issues along with other issues! The former staff was notified about it as well and it seems that corporate dragged their feet. Now the new staff walks into a ton of issues! My wife and I keep a very clean home, but the former maintenance guy had the audacity to tell my wife “maybe it’s your toddler making a mess” Wrong!!!! We constantly clean but this rodent problem is out of control!!!!!! Corporate come address this ASAP!!!!!!

Darnel and Chico have both been amazing. The new maintenance can’t even compare to the old. They come as soon as I need them and are always so pleasant and happy to help with whatever me or my husband need.

I simply need for the Owner Rowen to reach out to me. Please pay attention to your current tenants. I’ve been contacting you since the summer and have no response. I was filed in 2023 because life circumstances happened to me. However nearly 2 years later I am still living here. I am trying to move where I can afford to move and the owner is making it hard for me. You filed on me saying 3 things, 1) filing for late rent, 2) broken payment agreement, 3) possession to remove me from property. While all 2/3 was your right to do so, because it’s part of what happens when your filed on… however I didn’t break the payment agreement because I wanted to, it’s because your office staff mistakenly thrown my money order out and I have proof. So can you please kindly have your attorneys put that I paid my debt to you in full and we never made it to court and that I still live here. Help me, so I can move where I can afford it and not have to guess what my utilities are each month. Thank you.

Long term tenant here. Since Property Mgr quit it has been nothing but downhill, she was an excellent Property Mgr. Office politics big change. Snow/icestorm on 1/20. NO snow or ice removal from walkways or steps. Now 1/21 still covered in ice. This was NOT a surprise storm either. Utilize critical thinking skills, be pro-active and salt the steps and walkways before the storm comes. (Photo attached of my walkway nothing but ice on 1/21). They had 1 maintenance guy shovel on 1/20 over 200 units....alone.
Disgraceful treatment of an employee. How much can 1 man do in bitter cold temps? Hire help !! Of course office was closed on this day 1/20. Don't have your staff come in due to weather conditions but leave your paying tenants to navigate a very dangerous condition outside. You get nickel and dimed for everything here. 4.00 charge to receive monthly rental statement in mail that you can easily look up online for zero dollars, 2.95 charge to pay your rent online (ACH) yes you will pay to pay your rent if you pay online, everyone pays the same sewer fees (45.00month), does not matter if you are 1 person living in a 1bdrm or 1 person with 3 other illegal residents residing in same 1 bdrm..rates the same. 4.00 month for trash, residents leave their trash on steps for days, 14.00 monthly asset protect fee (bogus fee), you pay for hot and cold water, heating and electric (good luck with an upstairs unit and your electric bills the ac units are so outdated, just drive around and look at some of the outdated window units they put in due to inefficient ac units). Your windows are from 1972, they are all loose, very moldy, and rotted thru and thru, single pane glass, go ahead and try to open them. Pieces fall off and they go up sideways, doubtful if you get to close them properly! For what they are charging in rent here anymore, look somewhere else really. I am looking forward to moving on...you get zero stars from me. Not enough space to add more here but I could go on. This used to be a great place to live...used to be. NO units are accessible for the disabled. This is one of Goldcrest properties.

HEY KINGSROW, where is the salted walkways and steps Yet another ice storm with glazed over steps and walkways yet...nothing. NO SALT, NOTHING! Again not a surprise storm another one coming next week too!! You spend time sending residents stupid emails on loop as to where to walk their pets, spend that time making preparations for snow and ice removal from your property. After all you are RESPONSIBLE for the safety and integrity of Kingsrow!!!!

There are pros and cons to living here

Pros: cheap rent, maintenance responds decently fast to your apartment when you do come across an issue…thats about it

Cons: rodents, roaches, piles of dog shit in the grass, management increasing rent without addressing the 4-5 issues with the apartment complex, faulty electrical sockets, poorly built windows (buy a heater for the winter)…ect, I could continue but i would be beating a dead horse.

Long story short, you get what you pay for, you see an apartment for low rent, you should expect for you to come across some problems.
