I've been living at Timber Ridge almost 4 years and I just adore it! It's quiet, spacious, George, Property Manager & Mike Head of Maintenance are always on point with communication and addressing any issues that may arise and I had some weird requests lol. Overall, I truly love it here, it's well kept as far as landscaping, on top of inspections etc. For what I pay for here, it's DOUBLE if you move more north of NJ and I am originally from North Jersey (15mins from NYC) so I know I am getting my money worth here! My work commute is a nightmare(Trenton) but to pay where i live and the amenities its worth it. You can tell they carefully screen who comes here to live!

I have been living here at Timber Ridge for three years and I’m saddened to go! I was planning on living here a lot longer but we never know our days ahead and things happen but y’all will not be disappointed in living here at all! Huge giant rooms! Every room literally is big enough for two people to live in! Huge kitchen that you can eat in and a huge laundry room! That’s the plus of having a townhome you get your own washer and dryer! Two bathrooms is always a plus! The amenities that come with your home is amazing and you even get air central all throughout the house! Landscaping is always on point and looks beautiful and trimmed every time! Dogs are allowed and my Benji was about 50 pounds but I think even bigger dogs can live here just gotta be a certain breed. Private patio area is nice a little small but you gotta share with other neighbors the rest of the grass and trees so you gotta be considerate of patio furniture. They got a nice bbq area towards the back of the complex clean and big! Mike and George are very pleasant! George will always make sure your okay with any concerns you have and Mike the maintenance manager is kind and fixes your appliances and other issues immediately and efficiently! Come live here you won’t regret it! I’ll come back here if I can in a heartbeat!

They have wasp, silverfish, spiders, carpenter ants, termite, and mice infestation. Cabinets are from mid century dark black so you can’t see anything in them very dated unless you upgrade. I called the owner he said he can’t help the insect problem and all the cosmetic issues I continue to have because everything was rushed and not completed when I moved in. I was charged a higher rent for upgrades yet there are issues every week and the exterminator will only come out twice a week no emergencies late in the day. Maintenance is short so you have to wait for ever to have issues fixed. They don’t cover their shoes when they come into your home even when you ask mind you those shoes tread thru over flown toilet water and other mess. Face it you are charged high rent to live here for upgrades that fall short of the cost. When you go to the back there is trash everywhere by dumpster, loose trash furniture, dog poop not picked up by cars, etc. Don’t judge a book by its cover you have to live in it to see it’s worth. The reply from the owner alone spoke volumes and I’ve only been here not even six months! The wasp nest is still alive and has stung my family and we are allergic the exterminator knocked on my door and the wasp nest is in a bush! Still there to sting us again and send us to the hospital! Forget the bush that is falling over in the walk way! So yes one negative star! Do better!

Beautiful place to live. Loved the village look. It was quiet and always kept neat. And the townhomes where very large. My only issue was the rent was super high , I mean really really high. Once my 1 year least was up it was going to shoot up a few hundred. I was there for only a year and thought if I’m paying this much to rent I should just buy a home. Signed my homeowners papers same month my lease was up and never looked back to renting.

I lived in a two bedroom with husband and 2 kids for 5 years, then moved into a 3 bedroom for another 6 before buying a home. After a divorce I moved back there alone into yet another 2 bedroom for two years. My kids met the best friends of their lives there.

I lived here for two years and if it wasn't for my separation and eventually divorce, I would have stayed. This is a beautiful and well maintained community. The maintenance staff was always courteous and responsive. I loved that the grounds were always well maintained and groomed with seasonal flowers. The pavilion was a nice addition to the community as well. These homes are rather expensive, but you get what you pay for. The only con I will say that this complex has is that the appliances and windows are a little dated.

It's a very nice well keep rental property with the staff from the office manager to the maintenance men very knowledgeable about the property and everything it has to offer. George the leasing agent is very nice and makes time to talk or show the townhouses and many have had TOP end upgrades that where not cheap I'm sure. The grounds are kept in manicured condition both the lawns and gardens & the maintenance men are very friendly and fast to get your repairs fixed in a timely manner. It is a nice quit friendly community.

Lived in this community for 3 years before we decided that dealing with the poor maintenance, poor management, and absentee ownership was enough. Multiple promises by property manager/leasing agent were made for sit down meetings with owners that never came to fruition. Multiple issues from leaking bathroom into downstairs kitchen light, mold in the vents, ice forming in kitchen around French doors due to lack of insulation, trash from other residents being thrown everywhere, leaking heater, landscaping issues,, and parking issues that were simply ignored are just the tip of the problems. Neighbors in same building had to have rugs replaced due to mold.
Head of maintenance constantly talks trash about management and owners, and tells you he'll take care of things but then "forgets."
They got rid of the hazardous pool and put in a gazebo and fire pit that you have to rent to use but every time you drive by the neighborhood kids are hanging out unattended and leaving trash everywhere.
You drive-through the community and the landscaping is always done very nicely around the front of the complex but not in the back. We had to ask multiple times in 3yrs just to get grass seed where we had nothing but dirt outside our front door.
So not worth the money , and DEFINITELY not worth a yearly rent increase!!!
