Truclean did an amazing job. They went above and beyond the service. I had a branch take down an ice wire anchor, and they reattached it for me. At the end, I noticed a small branch on the roof, one of the guys put the ladder back up and removed it. The house looks amazing, like it has brand-new exterior! Would recommend 100%. Great service, can’t beat these guys! No upsell just advice for the future.

I am a licensed Architect in NJ and NY, and a repeat client/customer of TruCLEAN Wash. This mid-Sept. day, Paul Russo and his TruClean crew came to our house and, as per his detailed itemized cost quote, performed their work. This started with cleaning all roof gutters and ensuring that all leaders and downspouts were not clogged by thoroughly flushing them. They then applied their chemical agent via spray method to kill any and all mold, mildew, algae and moss that was present on the cedar shingles. After a short period of time they used a wide spray power washing to rinse and flush all of the dead remains of that organic growth, as well as any tree sap from the roof. They also performed spot cleaning of selected areas of our stucco facades, masonry chimney and flagstone terrace where stubborn dirt had collected on the surface. They completed their work to my complete satisfaction in one day and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, once again, I can and do highly recommend TruCLEAN Wash for this type of roof cleaning, for cedar shingles, as well as slate and/or terra cotta roof tiles that become stained from mildew, mold, moss, sap and other tree droppings, as well as general air pollution. One can quickly tell that Paul and his team take pride in producing high quality workmanship to achieve the desired final results. The entire TruCLEAN Washteam was eager to accommodate, if not exceed, the expectations of a very demanding client.

Fast quotation. Fair Price. Easy to schedule. Transparent and quick to communicate when the schedule had to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Like that they text me as emails and calls were not always convenient.

The crew was trustworthy, clean and safe onsite. They invested more hours than they charged me for. The result? Excellence. The pavers and steps never looked so good; they were covered in moss, and now they look new. I am very pleased with TruClean and would highly recommend them for this type of work.
