Working with Solomon has been nothing shy of amazing. Their teams are growing and have been set on a road to thrive and evolve over time. The leadership team is consistently curious about their efforts and what they can do to support their departments further to succeed. I instantly saw value and integrity not only in the department I work closely with, but the entire company promptly after starting collaborations. Looking forward, Solomon is continuing to grow and expand. I am so grateful to work closely with a company as compassionate and driven as the Solomon Organization. I cannot wait to see where the future takes their company, and I am so blessed to be along for the ride.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. Where to begin? This company does not care at ALL about you. Do not rent from any complex owned by this organization unless you’re okay with having non-functioning HVAC, no running water in your sink for 2+ years, broken appliances that were broken before you moved in, an office staff that is rude at best and willfully incompetent at worst, and to throw your money into a fire. Corporate is non-responsive, they will not fix anything until you call your local code enforcement, and even then, the fixes they put in place are usually not actual fixes. Their maintenance staff turnover is insane and the way they treat them is abysmal. They expect 2-4 people to be responsible for complexes of over 400+ units. Their maintenance staff has always been exceptionally kind and do want to help for the most part, which is the only nice thing about living here, but there is only so much they can do with the incredibly limited resources they’ve been given. Snow removal is a joke. If what you need to be fixed isn’t in corporate’s budget, good luck trying to get it fixed. You’ll spend your summers sweating all day long because they don’t consider air conditioning an emergency. They advertise luxury apartments but with broken appliances from the 80s, a pool that only is open some summers and their joke of a fitness center, it’s more like a 1 star extended stay hotel. They will threaten to evict you over a penny. I’m not joking. They don’t do breed checks and last year dogs were attacking other dogs and residents. Most people leave after their first year. Don’t be like me— RUN from any Solomon Organization owned property.

Always check to see if these guys run any property you are looking to rent. If they do, DO NOT rent there. If you have any choice at all never rent any property from this slum lord group. If something breaks expect a month minimum for repairs. In some cases you are lucky if it takes less than a year. My only regret for this review is zero stars is not an option. It's a truly abhorrent company mining human suffering for profit.

I live at their property ( The Quarry) in Columbus, Ohio!

They lost my lease, charged me three months worth of late fees, all while asking me to pay in cashiers checks. My garage door broke nearly four months ago. I’ve only lived here four months. They still haven’t fixed it, do not return phone calls, do not return emails. If you stop in the leasing office, they blame the higher ups for not providing funding, and push you out the door promising that you’re at the top of their list. Filing a complaint with the BBB.
