Love the location, love my neighbors, cannot stand the lack of outlets in each room and outside.

Also, our lobby windows have never been cleaned. They are a sight to behold when the sun filters in. The lobby needs to be up-dated.

I recently moved into Woodcrest at Fairfield and I’m very happy! From leasing office to our maintenance men, everyone is very friendly and helpful. When I moved in the apartment was immaculate I’m extremely happy to have underground parking a washer and dryer in my unit and an elevator all the residents I have met so far in my building are so sweet! I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone 55 and over

I haven't moved here yet, but I look forward to moving here! My grandson said a family friend of theirs lives here, and that she loves it! I looked into it, and this place seems beautiful. I spoke to Ada, and she was very polite. I can't wait to move here!

I moved in almost 2 weeks ago, and I have to say that I absolutely love it here!
Ada was a delight to work with - she answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. She was kind and welcoming.
Alberto was quick to respond if I had any questions(he showed me how to work the appliances, and I felt reassured that he was here if I needed any follow up information or anything that needs addressing. He’s very pleasant to work with.
I’ve met lovely neighbors, and I’m really looking forward to making this my new home.

I had to quickly move my elderly 76 year old mom who has severe COPD and Stage 3 lung cancer from NJ to Indiana because of her health conditions and I am her only child so that she could be closer to me. After being hospitalized 6 times in one year, I couldn't take living so far away from her. We quickly planned the move after I realized the situation was extremely unsafe for her, after I called an ambulance one morning from numerous states away. We planned the move for October 2nd. Being due to medical reasons, it hadn't even occurred to me that we were 2 days into a new month. Well, the heartless company made her pay for the entire month ($1830) for 2 days of living in the apartment. How cruel can you be? The irony is that they had a couple who wanted to move in on Nov 1st and they wanted to prep the apartment on our dime during the month of October! Why they couldn't compromise with us and allow us to not pay for the last 2 weeks of October while they prepped the apt for the new tenants is beyond me. During a discussion with mangers, Robyn and Mya, I was 1) told to have a nice day (after telling them my mother was dying) and 2) hung up on because I was not the tenant even though I have POA for my mom. How cruel and unprofessional can you be? So sad, because my Mother loved living in this apt complex. Other tenants were extremely friendly, as were the local management and staff, Ada and Alberto. Think twice before moving into this place. Heartless, cruel, upper management. Business is business, I guess. Assume these people don't have parents or don't care about them. So disappointing to leave this lovely place on a sour note.
