Fanny is simply amazing! I was introduced to Fanny by my sister when I decided to start searching for my first home in NJ. I didn't know too many areas in NJ (lived in NY), but based on what I was looking for in a home, Fanny was able offer suggestions. Fanny is an amazing realtor and I believe any buyers looking in the Essex, Union and Bergen County areas should give her a call. Beyond the usual qualities from a seasoned agent, what makes Fanny truly unique from other realtors is her focus on the client. After working with Fanny for almost a year searching for our first house, she always made us feel as if we were her only client. If there was a new listing that popped up on my feed, Fanny was available to show me the house that same day. Fanny was always responsive via text/calls and was available on weekdays/weekends, in the morning and afternoon.

I would also add that as a first-time buyer (and a picky buyer) in this crazy competitive market, Fanny never pushed us to make offers that made us feel uncomfortable. With every offer that we made, we felt confident that we weren’t overpaying as Fanny always gave us the associated market price range based on recent comps. And with every offer that we made, she would always follow up with the seller’s agent to make sure our offer wasn’t lost in the sea of multiple offers.

At the end of the day, in this competitive market, I believe it was more than just our offer price that got us the house (there were several competitive offers similar to ours). And I believe that Fanny’s reputation amongst other local agents and her professionalism as well as her credibility likely gave confidence to the sellers to choose our offer.
