Michael Massa was highly recommended to us by friends when we decided to put my mom’s house on the market. During our first meeting, Michael gave us a plan and timeline to get the house ready to sell. He really took his time in making sure that we were well informed throughout the process. Michael and his agency did an excellent job marketing the home, especially highlighting the location of the home. The house went on the market within a week of our meeting with Michael. We were confident that the first open house would get a good turnout, but we were pleasantly surprised by the number of people that showed up. By the end of that Sunday night, Michael had called and told us that we had received multiple offers above the listed price. Michael patiently guided us through the offers and made suggestions on the best way to handle the offers. Needless to say, we chose a buyer and closed in record time at a price that we were very happy with. Mike was a pleasure to speak with from start to finish. My roommate and I had to do a cross-country move with my dog and had never been to New Jersey. Mike compiled a great list of potential apartments for my roommate and I and we loved all of them. I only had one day to travel to NJ and view homes so Mike cleared his schedule for me and made it all happen seamlessly! He took care of everything and especially us! He even made sure to find pet-friendly homes and made arrangements for my dog to be welcome as well. Mike was very knowledgeable of the area and extremely helpful with everything we needed for our move. He even welcomed us to our new home upon arrival and made sure everything was just as we wanted. Michael made a difficult long-distance move much much easier. After meeting once and seeing a couple places, he was able to know and find exactly what I wanted without me having to make extra trips.
He was also extremely helpful in trying to fix ongoing problems in the west coast home I had just left. Moving is one of my least favorite things to do in the world but Michael definitely went above and beyond in making it as painless a process as possible without putting any pressure on me whatsoever to act or do anything until I was ready.
