Selling one’s family home after your Mom’s death can be very emotional and not a pleasant task. Finding honest, caring, and reliable people in the real estate business can be a very daunting task. However, my first call from Bret Arrington with Arrington Investment Properties proved he is that and more!
He and Michelle have been an awesome team to work with. They have gone above and beyond to work with my family. We sold the home “as is” and was given a very fair price. Bret highlighted the good points in the house not focusing on needed repairs.

Bret purchased a distressed house from our family that was part of an estate. We feel that he gave us a fair price for it, considering the amount of work the house needed. We found Bret to be professional, reliable, and considerate of our situation. This was not always the case with others that were interested in the house. He always returned our phone calls and kept appointments with us. Knowing that we had not completely cleaned out the house and had to travel from another state to do so, he was flexible with the closing date. In the end, he allowed us to change the date to give us more time and work around the holidays. We would certainly do business again with Bret.
