Maintenance is great, TC is very handy and does an excellent job. Every time he works on my apartment he pays attention to detail, cleans up after himself, he's kind and accommodating, plus he's always available to communicate with or complete tasks. He's very respectful and flexible with your time, he's easy to plan maintenance with.
You can tell he loves his job and takes his position very seriously! It's great to have someone like him on the job! The Leasing office here is very kind and very accommodating plus they are friendly. Seems like everyone here does their best to make sure you know everything you need to know, have everything you need to have, get done everything you need to get done plus they are fast and easily accessible. They always answer the phone and regardless how many questions you have they stay professional and nice. I'm enjoying my living at Livana overall. I'm excited for longevity here.

Currently a resident and by far the best place I ever lived. Managers are sweet and my favorite part of living here is the different activities they do every month ! I wish more residents would join in because they are missing the fun !!!! 10/10 service here from the managers to the maintenance and more ! Would recommend more people to move in!

The community is beautiful and it smelled fantastic too! Layouts are spacious and the clubroom/amenities were very high end and well thought out.

Moving into an apartment can often feel overwhelming, but my recent experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The leasing team (Taylor, Jah-Nei, Gina & Julissa) made the entire process feel smooth and effortless. They were incredibly attentive, guiding me through every step and their professionalism and friendliness immediately set the tone for what would be an enjoyable moving experience. I love the amenities and the monthly activities as well. They also incorporate kid activities for the residents who have children. It’s a great way to meet and get to know your neighbors.

The maintenance team is awesome. TC is very respectful, attentive, quick to respond and cleans up after he finishes his job. He also checks in shortly after to make sure everything is functioning properly and to address any concerns and questions I may have. You can tell the team genuinely cares about your satisfaction, which made me feel like I had chosen the perfect place to call home.

Thanks to the amazing leasing and maintenance team. It was an experience that exceeded all expectations, and I’m grateful for how easy they made the transition.

I had a fantastic experience at Livana East Hanover, and one of the main reasons was Taylor! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. I signed a contract with them earlier last month for their new apartments and they told me that everything looked good and I was ready to move in. BUT WAIT! They told me a few days later that my move in date was pushed back TWO weeks! I was told that they did not receive any permits and it did not pass inspection yet. The lady tried to offer me a temporary stay at another apartment but I had to pay more?!? Terrible customer service and communication. If the place was not ready yet why are they not being transparent about it Instead they tried to hide things and don’t tell you much. I had to wait almost a whole month to break my contract to get my money back because they refused to do anything before that.

I recently moved into Livana and love it here! The amenities are fantastic, especially the club room and gym. My apartment is so spacious and stylish, with tons of natural light. The staff is also super friendly and responsive, making it feel like even more like home. Highly recommend!
