I have been in my home since Jan 2019, and this is my 4th home. Having had homes built by Toll Brothers you come to expect a certain level of craftsmanship and professionalism. Unfortunately, this is not a Toll Brothers home and the level of disappointment is inconceivable. They promoted these homes as "Luxury Homes ''; talk about misrepresentation! I have pillars on the outside of my home that were never finished, we've spoken to and emailed them several times since moving in and still two and a half years later, we are still waiting. They are unprofessional and non-communicative. Customer service with them is a foreign concept. I have found a compressor running on my patio, a ladder leading to the roof on the side of my home and their workers on my roof literally removing siding when there was no reason for them to be there in the first place, they had the wrong house! Had they communicated with us this could have been avoided. We were one of the earlier families to move in and certain things still needed to be completed outdoors (that the township required), I have repeatedly asked them to please just advise us when things were being done, as to avoid errors or mishaps, no such luck! I frequently found workers on ladders, where they could clearly see into the house from the transom windows in the living room, twice in my bedroom before I was even out of bed. A simple knock on the door would have been the appropriate thing to do. They had taped paper on the wooden steps before I moved in and when it was removed it stripped the stain off the steps, they asked me to place a marker so they could send someone to refinish it, two and half years later I still have the markers there. Everything and everyone was so nice before we moved in. Buyer beware!
