This complex is amazing. I got my Dad in and they always have a function. If you have a problem, call them and they fix it with no hesitation. The staff is really nice and I appreciate them. Here's a few photos for a meet and greet.

The communication of the leasing team has been awful. We have been following up on email and the phone for over a month for a quick update to our lease. It’s really disappointing we have been here for 4 years and Sophia/Imani can’t even call us or email us back….the leasing team has really gone downhill since George left

This place is a true community. The leasing agents (all of them) are not just nice to you when renting out an apartment, they're wonderful while you're a tenant and when moving out. Thank you, George for everything! They're always hosting little events to make the community come together. Tom is such a great person, very approachable and always reachable. The grounds are so well kept and always clean. The units are very nice, spacious and well maintained and almost sound proof. The neighbors are wonderful. Truly a wonderful community to live in.

I have been living in Sterling PArc for 7 years and have had wonderful experiences regarding the Staff especially Lesley Franco the Manager who has attended to my
Every need without delay. She is also very cheerful and willing To fix any problems I have had without delay.

The Maintenance staff are extremely accommodating and try and fix problems immediately.

I have lived in many rental apartments since 1991 but have never had the immediate service that I receive Sterling Parc Hanover. I have made lifelong friendships where all lookout for each other.

I thought Sterling Parc was gorgeous! The apartment I looked at had the amenities I needed and George Powell, the leasing agent was informative and patient with my questions. I would recommend this complex to anyone if they were looking for a lovely place to live in Morris County.

Enjoy living here, Favorite amenity is the pool. Close to Wegmans and Chick-Fil-A. I moved in 2007 and planing to renew for another year. Looking forward to BBQ party this weekend! Keep up the good job.

Sterling Parc is a great place to live! We are here for a few months and have been really impressed with all of the staff - especially Rashad on the maintenance team who is very helpful and friendly. Our apartment is great - modern and was clean and fresh on arrival. Any problems get fixed very quickly and without skimping on cost - Rashad just fitted a new dishwasher and Tom helped us get a new furnace instantly when ours stopped working. The whole complex is well-kept and clean. Snow and leaves are removed immediately… even as they are falling! It is fairly quiet here and the neighbors seem great. The clubhouse, gym and pool are impressive and comfortable. We are very pleased that we chose Sterling Parc and recommend it!

Friendly staff, I actually like my neighbors. Love the convenience of the pool and the gym. I'm staying until I purchase my home, specially now that the dog park is coming soon!
